we had a wonderful stay. lots of activities for kids, water play area was a hit! Feeding the birds and fishes, pizza making, Housie etc kept kids engaged was fun for adults too. it was a weekend well spent for us.

The property is good with staff taking care of all the needs. The water theme park is best and provides good experience. However, the property lacks activities or other experiences to spend the time (just a few are there like water theme park, fountain show). In addition, the food quality is also average.

The property is located in a beautiful setting with lovely surroundings and a variety of outdoor activities that make the stay enjoyable. I had a great time exploring and relaxing during my visit. However, the staff appeared to be inexperienced, which impacted the overall service quality. The food served at the restaurant was tasty, but we experienced significant issues with order handling. On one occasion, we waited for over an hour, only to find that our order had been mistakenly served to another table. As it was crowded, another guest assumed it was their order since it was the same dish. This situation caused concern about timely meals during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant team needs to improve coordination to ensure a smoother dining experience. Also, during dinner, the number of non-vegetarian options was noticeably higher than vegetarian ones, which may not be ideal for guests with a vegetarian preference. Additionally, we arrived at 2 PM, but the room was not ready. After check-in, several essential items were missing from the room, and we had to repeatedly request them. While the items were eventually provided, the initial inconvenience could have been avoided with better preparedness.
