Mother, daughter granddaughter weekend
The weekend was perfect. My daughter and I have been going here for over 30 years and this year I brought my 15 year old granddaughter. We had a fabulous time, from walks on the beach, to shopping to dinners. The weather was perfect as well. Can't say enough about this charming inn. If you get the chance, please take the opportunity to stay here.

Lovely place to stay with familily or just as a couple. The service was on point, everybody from the staff was kind and helpfull. The room was cozy and charming. We took our breakfast near the beach in the morning and it was just gorgeous. Would recommend!

We had 3 days of beautiful weather. The location is perfect for time on the beach or to just enjoy views from the deck .

The Winstead has two properties in Harwich on Cape Cod, we stayed in their Beach Resort ( the other property is a mile away, not on the beach). It was very quiet in mid-October and I think they are closing up for the winter as of the end of the month. But what a beautiful location and the property is totally squared away, pristine in every way. The water views and surprisingly, the sunsets, were gorgeous. I could wish we had stayed here for a week or 10 days. Lots to do in Cape Cod and both Harwich and nearby Chatham are very quaint Cape Cod classic towns. I had no idea that Harwich was so cool when I booked the stay. Kudos to the young Turkish student/man who was always available to help us, so polite and willing to go the extra mile. He set up a full continental breakfast early each morning so it was ready to go for the guests. Thank you Winstead Beach Resort!

We enjoyed our four day stay at the beach house. The Beach house was perfect location with ocean views and private beach. We also enjoyed the breakfast each day with a nice variety of healthy options. The staff was also very nice, attentive and efficient. Overall it was a great get away for us and will return soon.

Pros: spotlessly clean room and comfy beds. Good quality breakfast, with a selection of pastries and cereals. Cons: other than at breakfast, there were no facilities to have any drinks, not even a bottle of water in the room - very disappointing given the price.
