Travelodge Harrogate West Park

The room was nice and spacious, it was clean and comfortable. The room was heated to a good temperature when I arrived. All staff, reception, bar and waitress were all helpful and smiley.

Very friendly and welcoming, We stayed for breakfast and it was lovely no problems what so ever, we would stay there again lovely staff. Room nice and clean it was really hot this weekend and they had a fan going in the room when we checked in.

Cheap car park nearby from 4pm until 10am £2.40, great breakfast, quiet location a few minutes walk into centre of town

Great price compared to other hotels, for an overnight stay. Car park next door, at £7.40 for 24 hours, in the centre of Harrogate!, The customer service was excellent. We arrived a little before 3, and called in on the offchance we could book in. Paula was on reception. We were booked in, with our request of a top floor room with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. Within moments we had been booked into the third floor, 2 keys allocated and breakfast times confirmed. The room is smaller and more basic than the "competitor" hence 4 star than 5 star but for overnight had everything we needed. We had booked breakfast. It was buffet style. Lote and her collegues in the kitchen ensured the food was kept topped up,cooked food hot, and tables cleared, unlike our last experience at a competitor hotel. What made the stay was the excellent 5 star plus service from Paula, Lote and Billie. The hotel is within walking distance of Harrogate centre. This is now our preferred choice if staying in Harrogate.

If you need fairly basic, clean accommodation, and reasonably good food and drink, then this is the place.

A lovely 2nd stay at Travelodge Harrogate, such a pity it was only for one night. Nice and clean, gorgeous bed, very friendly, helpful staff, (a Scottish chap, never caught his name) and a great location to boot! Hopefully my wife and I will be back.
