Lovely cosy rooms, and an excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Stay were polite and friendly. Free parking. Overall, this was a really great stay which totally exceeded our expectations. We were staying because we were working nearby, and will be returning on our next business trip.

Set in a quiet, picturesque area of countryside. Great value. We had two rooms that were in one, ground floor unit, so ideal for families. The beds were comfortable with good quality pillows. Modern en suite with lovely hot shower - low pressure but not really a problem! Breakfast was included in the price of the room. Lots of parking available on site. Would definitely stay here again.

A last minute booking resulted in a very comfortable, clean room with warm welcome and excellent breakfast. The Tollmarche just over the road is very convenient for good food. I would book ahead. Will certainly use again if in the area. Highly recommended.

Our second visit to Church Farm Lodges - & as before - a relaxing & peaceful stay in beautiful countryside We stayed in a suite which was a good choice & very comfortable It was warm weather & fans are in the room should they be required Bottled water is also provided which was very welcome Excellent breakfast with good choices The owners are welcoming, informative & helpful - Thank you We enjoyed dinners at the Tollemache Arms ('The Tolly') during our stay - Only a short stroll away We plan to return soon

Church farm displays a lovely friendly atmosphere. Room was lovely well equipped and spacious, with a lovely claw footed bath, separate sitting area with tv and fridge. Bed was lovely and comfortable with tea, coffee, biscuits and water provided. Breakfast was good with a cooked breakfast and cold options. Located within walking distance to the Warner gin tour and the Tolly arms pub

This is an excellent family run business. I look forward to staying each time and have stayed many nights for business. Always my first choice. I look forward to the high quality rooms and wonderful cooked breakfast. You will not be disappointed. Staff are always friendly with a family atmosphere.

The sixth time I have stayed here says everything. very clean, very friendly, excellent location and brilliant fresh and tastey breakfast. I am a very fussy person who is hard to please, but here I can find no fault. Looking forwards to comimg back soon. Excellent. Thank you.

Beautiful place to stay. Very quiet. Homely, very clean. Lovely staff Very nice breakfast I would highly recommend church farm Lodge. We stayed in a suite, it was very spacious and cosy. Pub within walking distance which serves great food.

Beautiful place to stay. The suite was lovely and spacious. So many leaflets for information on places to eat and things to do in the area. Had a relaxing night. Will definitly book again. Great breakfast with different choices. Recomended as best place to stay with in the northamptonshire area.
