I would have given this hotel a positive review, but I’m really put off by the service I received. I have actually never left a negative review for anything before but felt the need to for this. I booked 2 nights to stay here for work. I had a family emergency and had to leave the same night I checked in. I checked out at the front desk at 10 pm, giving the hotel ample notice to have the room ready for someone to check in the next day at 3 pm. I had a really horrible night and week and the emergency has harmed my family financially. I asked for a refund for the second night and explained that I had an emergency and they refused. The lack of compassion, especially when a customer is going through hardship, is disheartening to say the least.
