A great place to stay. Friendly staff, very clean, and a great breakfast. I recommend this place.

Let’s see! Air conditioning in my room barely worked and it was uncomfortable for us as the temp outside was 95 degrees. Had a do not disturb sign on our door and caught house keeping in our room when we came back and the sign was still hanging on the door! Went down to breakfast and half the food was gone and the staff sat around and did not replenish it so I had to eat scraps left!! And the coffee was all gone. They did get more so I’ll give them that! Shower didn’t have hot water! We usually stay here when we come down and most the time it was a great experience but this time was trash! I don’t thing we will stay here again especially after finding housekeeping in our room with the do not disturb sign up!!!! Super scetchy

Short stay but WOW! What a fantastic hotel. The entire hotel is immaculate. Clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is some of the best you'll find in a hotel. So friendly. Whether it was front desk or the breakfast crew or even the housekeepers, you got a GENUINE smile and conversation. Speaking of breakfast, this is one of the best hotel breakfasts you'll find outside of luxury hotels. So many hot and cold options!!

So we stayed here last year, I still see my review. It’s definitely 5 stars this time. Came in around 7:30pm. The guy at the desk super friendly. He asked what floor I would prefer I said does not matter to me. Just my husband booked and realized it was 1 bed and it’s my son and I. He looked it up and said well you are Diamond. My son and I thought we were going to get the room last year which was 1 bed and pullout. Well we were wrong huge room 2 beds and a pullout. Hotel is very clean.

Everything we needed for two nights of comfort and relaxation. Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff. It was the perfect location for our various day trips in the Dover area. Breakfast was good. Lobby and other public areas gave a great first impression; very welcoming and clean.

I would have given this hotel a positive review, but I’m really put off by the service I received. I have actually never left a negative review for anything before but felt the need to for this. I booked 2 nights to stay here for work. I had a family emergency and had to leave the same night I checked in. I checked out at the front desk at 10 pm, giving the hotel ample notice to have the room ready for someone to check in the next day at 3 pm. I had a really horrible night and week and the emergency has harmed my family financially. I asked for a refund for the second night and explained that I had an emergency and they refused. The lack of compassion, especially when a customer is going through hardship, is disheartening to say the least.

My husband is an Diamond Elite. My husband booked for my Son and I for a lax tournament. We got there at 9pm so we just stayed there to sleep. When we checked in the lady at the desk could have been much friendlier. The room was very clean, perfect spot near the elevator. Breakfast was served in the am. The only major problem I had was when I went out of our room around 10:15pm I was checking for a vending machine an older lady came out of her room (right next door) and said can I ask u a question and I said of course. She put her head down and pretended to cry and said she needs money can I please give her some. I said no, and she asked again can I have your money I need it. I said no I am traveling with my Son. I was so scared I went right into my room and locked my door. I did not call the front desk but the next morning when I was checking out. I stated what happened to me. Let’s just say I was not the 1st to complain.

I traveled to this hotel with my family and we absolutely loved it. The room was clean and spacious, the pool was clean and fun, the pond was beautiful with turtle feeding - who knew?!, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing with so many choices! Truly an exceptional experience and we'd come back just to stay at this property!
