Hotel a bit dated but generally comfy and well situated. A warm friendly welcome from Audrey who sorted a glitch on my wi-fi and made me feel appreciated when the hotel was busy and other guests needed help with various things. Will be happy to return again on business.

Kate the receptionist was wonderful, very helpful and friendly, the hotel was a typical premier inn, we had no issues apart from the room being a tad small which meant I couldn’t swing my cat around 🤪 The breakfast was next door in the beefeater and was also good, Love Brian and phil

Ohhh my word- the entrance was cigarette central with ciggy boxes and the ends adorning the flower beds and entrance - the receptionist was helpful though so that helped. The room was extremely tired and worn. - hairs in shower - suspicious dirty mark on sink - luckily took my own towel as only one set - where the skirting and carpets collide was full of dust and in the corners cobwebs and damp - the edging on the dressing table was peeling off and caught my dress and threaded it - if you wanted a cup of tea or coffee you had to go to the reception to get the t bags or coffee - only 1 mug also It looks like the rooms are used for the builders of the new housing estates all week !!!! Would not recommend

Thank you to Audrey who went out of her way to make my stay good. She was friendly and listened to my requests even offering a room change to make me more comfortable. She was chatty and kind and so professional. Thank you for making another boring business trip a little better.

Very good bed, staff and the Beefeater next door served decent food. The room itself (41) was like a substandard Travelodge. Not particularly clean, tears and marked furniture and an extremely loud extractor fan in the bathroom. Stayed some years back and had a much better experience.

Travelled to daventry for 3 days in January, working locally and came a cropper having forgotten my toothbrush. Went down and Spoke to Audrey on the reception desk who went over an above to help me get sorted. Thank you Audrey - Were brilliant 😁

Really scenic area with lots of countryside beautiful location this premier inn is in. On arrival the staff at reception were all really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and had everything needed to make my stay perfect. Love the unique bathrooms with shower cubicles nice size too. Booked meals deals which was at the beefeater restaurant. I've got to say this has to be one of the best beefeaters I've ever been to, Food is absolutely phenomenal everything cooked so perfectly well and seasoned. Good service too from restaurant staff also had few cocktails which are perfect too. This premier inn is perfect for anyone visiting Silverstone and for anyone wanting to visit Northampton town centre. I would highly recommend this place it really is a gem.

This hotel was not far from the birthday celebrations that I was attending. It was very clean throughout, the staff very helpful and the room had everything I needed. This was a very pleasant stop over, time to relax with a cup of tea and a bit of to in the morning, followed by a wonderful breakfast. Thank you

Given smallest room in hotel,next to 2 corridor doors which people were using up to 02.15, breakfast was horrible,no black pudding and the hash browns tasted like cardboard,as I was leaving the restaurant,I noticed quite a few people had left their hash browns also
