Really disappointed with this Premier Inn. Overall its really tatty. My rooms bathroom has panels that don’t fit properly, lots of old grubby sealant. Tv is tiny and the so called free WiFi is terrible. No mobile phone signal coverage. It’s time the owner provided proper free guest WiFi in this day and age. Premier Inn don’t seem to respond to competition from Airbnb and other hotels.

Great little hotel. Very clean and staff are polite and friendly. May seem like a small thing to others but I like opening my window for fresh air being asthmatic but a lot of the moden hotels have windows that can't open. So reliant on air conditioning. So opening my window at this hotel was a bonus. Thank you Summer the receptionist on the desk that day I checked in your brilliant at what you do.

From the moment I got to reception until I left, the staff were superb. Friendly, helpful and professional. The staff at the Beefeater were also excellent, for Dinner and Breakfast. Very clean hotel and room. It maybe a budget hotel in brand but is better than a lot of more expensive chains. You always know you will get quality with a sensible price with Premier Inn.

Perfect location ..close to Stansted Airport ...and just off the M11 Motorway. Room was the standard quality..clean ..and the bathroom has a bath. Only downside was our room was on the upper floor ..towards the rear ..so a fair bit was walking and in and out of corridor doors. Food was excellent in the adjacent Beefeater Restaurant ... Enjoyable stay. Would we stay there again ..YES

Had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn Harlow Mill. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. A big thank you to the manager, who was incredibly helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. Great service like that really makes a difference. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice outside appearance conceals a slightly dated but acceptable inside. The reception area is cramped for groups or multiple guests arriving or if anyone needs to pass. There is no lift. This is mentioned in the hotel details, so not a complaint. Unfortunately our room wasn’t clean not well cleaned, including the bathroom. Other than that we really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Any longer a the Beefeater would have got very boring.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here over the weekend and can I just say how amazing our stay was. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet and by a river which was cute.The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially the manager Maria who made our stay very special. I would 100% come back to this hotel when I’m in the area again. Well done everyone.

An older Premier Inn that has been extended at least once. Fairly small rooms some a long walk from the reception but a nice canal side setting away from traffic makes for a peaceful location. The adjoining Beefeaters Restaurant was busy at breakfast but everything was still as good as ever. The only disappointment was being unable to get a drink at the bar at 9:20pm on the Sunday evening as they close at 9pm on Sundays however the website still states 10:30pm.

It was ok. Good base for a wedding. Nothing posh but ok for the price. Extremely hot room. There was a fan but no other way of cooling down. Tea and coffee facilities, harrier included. Could do with a lick of paint in the rooms. Especially the bathroom ceiling. Freeview tv was very jumpy, guessing signal in the area is slow. Breakfast was good. Had to ask to order hot food a few times but staff were busy. We wasn’t in a rush so ok for us. Free onsite parking, just remember to add your reg plate to the computer at reception.
