Wow! A very special place for sure Had a beautiful welcome Being upgraded to the Ganga facing room was awesome. The staff especially Pravesh were excellent in their help and welcome. Seems like nothing was too much.. The waterfall walk was rather exceptional and the picnic on top was awesome. Gurav really looked after us and helped us too. Pity we did not have our swimming costume with us. Something for next time….. Will definitely be back but ths time with the family! 🙏🏽🥳🕉️🥰 Beautiful arti the evening was really intimate and special and what a setting!

Amazing location, right in the heart of everything in Haridwar. Excellent location for the famous Arti. Very handy to enjoy a dip in the holi river and get changed in your room Really enjoyed the wonderful vegetarian food at breakfast and really looked after by the staff. Had an excellent evening celebrating the Lohri festival and with staff and other guests.

Hotel was recommended by family member. It was an excellent recommendation. Hotel has only 18 rooms which are fairly large and so is bathroom. Hotel is kept very clean throughout the day. House keeping (Chandan) not only clean but decorated bed to make more welcoming. All staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast is served early and has different varieties of food available. I enjoyed Flute session by Kundan in the morning. I also listened to evening live bhajans while in room. Pandit Shashikant read my palm and provided interesting insights. Hotel is on the Ganga Ghat so bathing in Holy Ganga is just a few steps away. Hotel also provide pandit to perform any rituals, which I used to perform last rites of my parents. Hotel has travel & tour guide as well as provide transportation. I used both services to visits all major temples in Haridwar as well as Rishikesh. Your guide Mr. Amit Bajaj was my personal tour guide and provide excellent package for two travel days. I would highly recommend this Hotel as well all their amenities as well as services they provide. Haridwar is an ancient city with narrow streets so traversing nearby shopping area can be confusing to foreigners. However, i enjoyed walking around the city and felt safe doing so. Al though Haridwar is busy and crowded throughout the year, November to February are less crowded.

This place is a gem ***** the banks of the Ganga in Haridwar. It has the perfect location - right next to Har ki pauri, and an amazing view. But the best thing is the fantastic service. Each and every one of the staff goes the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as they can. The staff I would say rivals any 5-star hotel ive been to across the world. Special callout to chef Hardev and his team for a simple but yummy dinner and breakfast and also for going the extra mile to serve us a great breakfast even though we missed the breakfast timings by 45 minutes as we got stuck in the rituals at the ghat. Would surely recommend and come again.

We are frequent and the oldest visitors & we always enjoy our stay and love to be here because of the very nice Staff, their service and hospitality,specially the food . Mr Negi managment is great, Lucky,Ajit & staff all are very decent & understanding.
