Hotel was terrible. Do not recommend to any of your guest. I was at 203, toilet door can’t be closed. Lock broken. In room dustbin broken. Tumbler broken, broken table by bed. Towel torn. Have tv but no dish recharged.

Rooms were clean and hot water facility was available. And it was nearby to the aarti ghat and other tourist attractions.

Overall the hotel is good in staff behaviour, location etc. Cons: less clean, small size room and old property..

ROOM WAS CLEAN AND hygiene ,Location was quite inside but bear to Haridwar Railway Station .
Not much amenities were provided. only one towel and one soap for 3 person was provided.

The hotel is near the Haridwar railway station. Room was neat and clean, staffs were polite and helpful. I am fully satisfied with the stay.
