TRUE GO Hotel (Central Avenue Subway Station Baicheng Railway Station)

The room is spacious, clean and super comfy. I love the bathroom. It’s everything you need. Staff is so friendly. Location is super good. 5 min walk to St. Sophia Cathedral. You can see the St. Sophia cathedral from the room. The only bad thing here is the dryer. The dryer should be changed. It took 3-4 hours for dry my clothes T.T

Great location and excellent service! The hotel is within walking distance of Daoli Market (道里菜市场) and Saint Sophia Cathedral (圣索菲亚教堂), and Central Street (中央大街) is also easily accessible on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided good customer service. Very convenient for exploring Harbin and enjoying the local food and attractions. Overall, a pleasant stay and great value for a trip to Harbin!

We stayed for 5 nights. The room is clean & the cleaner came to do basic cleanings daily. Location is fantastic - close to many tourist attractions. Staff are friendly, helpful & greet you everytime you passed by the lobby. Drinking waters are provided on demand. The only negative thing is sometimes have to wait quite long for the lifts. There are 2 lifts serving 22 floors. We are very happy with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Location is perfect, near everything including the metro station. The service, especially the cleaning, was excellent. However, the breakfast is suitable mainly for Chinese guests and not for foreigners.

The toilet and room is clean. The hotel location is good as it was a short walk to central street and metro.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near a shopping mall, making it easy to shop and dine. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for convenience and cleanliness.

I had a great stay here! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was pleasant. Would definitely consider staying here again!

We got upgraded to a bigger room foc. The beds are really comfortable. So worth the price

Great location. It’s a 5-minute walk to the Arbat, St. Sophia Cathedral, and the outlet center, and just 2 minutes to the metro station. The hotel is clean and modern. Complimentary welcome water and canned drinks (Coke, Sprite, and Fanta) were provided. Housekeeping was daily, and supplies were replenished every day. The hotel features a laundry room with free detergent, a small gym, and a restaurant. We stayed in Harbin from August 2 to August 7.
