The house is very clean, comfortable and tastefully done. The staff are super accommodating and friendly while respecting your space. We felt extremely safe. Above all else my husband and I loved the homely feel of Kingsmead Guest house. Will definitely be going back!!!

I had a very good stay at the Kingsmead. Very kind and helpfull service. Clean and well designed facility in one of the best neighborhoods in Harare. Rooms are really nice with all amenities that you need. The food was very good, far above local standards. I will come again and can highly recomand this guest house

The rooms extremely comfortable and the pillows were excellent. Even though a short visit, I was made extremely welcome by all staff, especially Edith and Taryn...and entire team. Would not hesitate to stay again. The grounds are beautifully kept and service impeccable

Very nice accommodation with attention to detail and great service. It is a lovely team with high attention to their guests, clean and new luxury rooms. 100% recommended for a relaxing stay in Harare. Many thanks again for your warm welcome and the great stay!

Great guesthouse has been newly renovated and well maintained. The staff and management were amazing and really focused on a personal touch. The breakfast was made to order by the in house chef and I also had dinner there one night which was fantastic. Very good value for money and centrally located. Will be my go to place when in Harare next.

Really enjoyed my stay at Kingsmead Lodge. Kingsmead is extremely clean, very organised and enjoyed the food too. I will definitely be back - this was my best experience in Harare. Spacious rooms and a relaxing environment to come back to :)

Definitely Harare's best guest house! We stayed for one night, and had a fantastic time. Maintenance of the guest house is very good, with it looking almost newly built. We stayed in the family room which was perfect, close to the main area and very well thought out. Rooms were very comfortable, with fans, aricon, heater and a TV with a wide range of channels in each room. Perfect for families traveling as family room had a kitchenette with fridge, kettle and microwave as well as basic cutlery and crockery. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, from our booking to departure. Dinner was very nice, and breakfast was a feast with a choice of cereals, yogurt, a very nice fruit salad, flapjacks, and a cooked breakfast. We didn't need to eat for the rest of the day and our children loved all the options, as well and the kitchen staff making an extra effort with the children. First class all around!

Fantastic place for my first trip to Zim. Responsive and helpful ahead of the trip and helped me organize all my meeting travel as well as airport transfers! Room was excellent with great facilities. Breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommended!

A huge thank you to Nikita, Taryn, Courtney and Edith and all their team at Kingsmead House, we were made to feel so welcome and at home there. We were in Harare on business, and it was an absolute pleasure to come back to such a beautiful lodge and relax after a long day out. The rooms are lovely with all the amenities you would need and the beds very comfortable. A very tasty breakfast is served in the morning, and dinner is an option when needed on a prebooking basis. We loved our stay and will definitely book Kingsmead House again.
