酒店真的很老了…幾十年的老酒店，並且最後一晚還把我們趕出來，換到3星酒店去了，因為他們要裝修。覺得不值這個價格

住了好多好多次了，確實這個國家的酒店太老了 早餐33一位，確實比較誇張 健身房也確實很老，不能稱之為五星級的健身房

I love this hotel, always clean, amazing fast service, great location with enough parking, price is very competitive and they have value for money. Its a beautiful environment.

Their breakfast buffet is not up to the standards of a 5 star hotel.They need to work on that and introduce nice sausages to begin with. Their towels are not white at all; I think their housekeeping should go for training

HORRIBLE, WILL NEVER STAY THERE, GO THERE AT 7 PM, THEY INFORMED NEED TO WAIT FOR ONE HOUR MORE TO GET THE ROOM, AS THE GROUP CHECKED OUTG LATE. ALSO THE APPROACH AT FRONT DESK VERY RUDE. SERVICE NON-EXISTENT. NO DRINKING GLASSES IN THE ROOM. WIFI JUST DOES NOT WORK IN THE ROOM BUSINESS TRAVELLERS NOT TO GO THERE EVEN FOR FREE.

Rainbow towers is no longer a luxury hotel but rather just one ordinary motel. The rooms aren’t as clean, their linen is off white/ cream. They don’t change it daily especially the bottom under sheet, their bathroom towels are always dirty and very much cream. I’m just used to staying there but the truth is their standards have way gone down.

The rooms were clean, surrounding areas also clean, desk service was good, However I got food poisoning from the pies on the downstairs food counter. I mentioned it but no one seemed to be concerned.
