比較無語的是，門口都掛了請打掃房間的牌子了。結果規範酒店竟然無人打掃。

Location is a bit tricky to find, but actually after we find the location as in the maps it’s still go a bit to find. Room was very nice actually

ハノイ旧市街のそばで立地は最高です。近くに爆音のBARがありましたが、音は全く気になりませんでした。設備や清潔度はそれなりですが、金額を考えたらコストパフォーマンスはとても良いと思いました。

하노이 맥주거랑 야시장 가운데 있어서 윛는 최고입니다 다만 골목 안에 있어서 찾을때 어려우이 있습니다 사장님이 너무 친절합니다 차편예약은 부터 그랩이용까지 손수 다해 주시네요

Located near the busy street of Old Quarter. Room is big with all necessary amenities. It's just my room is quite old and has a lot of bugs. But with the price and location, i think its quite fair. Receptionist also help us to store our luggage before our check in time

飯店的服務很好，位置位於老街區鄰近啤酒街與往返機場公車的停靠站附近，但是晚上相當安靜不會吵鬧，獨立房間以及這價格相當划算

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Art Hotel Ha Noi. De kamer die wij kregen was ontzettend ruim en comfortabel. De locatie is ook super, midden in het oude centrum. Waar wij het meest enthousiast van werden was de buitengewoon goede service. We mochten gratis eerder inchecken, werden geholpen met het boeken van bussen, en mochten zelfs 2 weken baggage bij de receptie laten staan. Deze service maakte het mijn beste hotel ervaring tot nu toe! Ga je naar Hanoi, boek dan zeker een kamer bij dit hotel.

Hotel tres bien situé. Le personnel est tres gentil et rend volontiers serice pour le stockage des valises et l'impression de boarding pass. Cafe, the, eau offerts! La chambres est grande et confortable.

The staff are super friendly and helpful to our needs, very clear and detailed with the explanations👍 Location is quite strategic but cars cant come inside due to the small road, its easy to search for food around and shop for souvenirs

It's very near cool spots and restaurants.
