В номере чисто, есть все необходимое. Удобное расположение, рядом много кафе, до озера 7 мин пешком. Отличный бар на крыше, с видом на город.

場所は大通りから入った小路ですが 有名レストラン等の向かいで大聖堂もすぐ近く便利 ロビー部屋共にモダンで綺麗 ただ音が少し響くかも フロントの対応も良く ルーフトップバーは見晴らし良くリーズナブルに利用できました

雖然旅館設備有些老舊，但環劍湖就在旁邊！走路過去大約10分鐘內就到了，非常方便！不想走路有要離景點近，可以選擇這家旅館。

We stayed here for two nights and had a really pleasant experience. The front desk staff spoke English well and were very helpful.

Хороший отель с отличным расположением. Тихий. Рядом много кафе, кофеен, пивоварня. До католического храма 1 минута, до озера минут 5-7. В общем все рядом.

Die Lage ist super, direkt am Rand des alten Viertels. Der Hoteleingang liegt in einer schmalen Gasse, wo kein Auto reinpasst. Die Matratze war äußerst hart und das Bett hat sehr geknirscht. Auch unser Zimmer wirkte deprimierend, da es kein echtes Fenster hatte. Das Fake Fenster zeigte zu einem Schacht, durch den abends die laute Musik der Rooftop Bar zu hören war. Für den Preis ok, aber man will nicht lang im Zimmer sein.

Very nice room, with plenty of space; the location is the best for Hanoi, close to the OldQuarter but not inside it; there are a lot of restaurants around the place. I think the hotel is expensive for the quality; you can get a very nice apartment, big and in a good location for the same price.

An infuriating and disappointing experience. I would advise anyone considering booking here to think twice. The room had no windows (can be open), which was not as described in the listing. The heating was broken, and despite promises to fix it, nothing was done, nor were additional blankets provided. The hot water lasted only about 10 minutes at a time. I endured a miserable night and couldn't wait to leave. Ultimately, due to early checkout, I was charged for a night and a penalty of approximately 1,150,000 VND. This is unfair: the hotel misrepresented its facilities, which were so inadequate that sleep was impossible. Despite this not being my fault, I was still charged an early departure fee😅
