Old Town Palace Guest House arvostelua

一輩子住宿最差體驗感的一次住宿，沒有之一。我們一行14人，2月15日訂了7間二天的三人房，為的是每個人能單獨睡一張床。從機場到達這個酒店後，前台沒人，就一直拔打放在前台的聯繫電話，差不多二個小時，老闆娘才到來。該旅館不夠7間房，有二間房被安排在附近的小旅館。朋友們入住後，發現房間衞生很差，床上都是頭髮，床單被子很臟，都是點點的黴斑及黴味，摸上去像回南天不乾的樣子。被安排在另外一個旅館的二間房，朋友説根本不是人住的地方，有一間房還沒有熱水。於是我立刻馬上要求退房，老闆一直是態度惡劣，説退房可以，但錢不會退。多麼囂張惡劣的態度。後面又由攜程平台與商家聯繫，也是無果。朋友們後面衹有另外掏錢去另外的酒店開房了。如果有選擇，我寧願睡馬路也不會在這個酒店開房了。

Need more mentenance I booked single room but when I got there, it wasn't available. That was ok, gave me a Family room. That was run down not clean room. The windows not shut. But the bed was comfortable.

Hôtel et chambre propre et confortable. Situé dans une petite rue donc au calme mais très bien placé pour se balader et tout faire à pied. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon, préparer à côté de vous. Un des jours personnes n’était là nous n’avons donc pas eu le petit déjeuner. Mais globalement le rapport qualité prix de cette adresse est top.

nhân viên lễ tân thái độ rất khinh người, hỏi password wifi thì cười khẩy và tỏ vẻ trịch thượng. The receptionist's attitude was very contemptuous. When I asked for the Wifi password, she smirked and she seemed very condescending. DON'T WASTE MONEY HERE FOR PEOPLE WITH THAT KIND OF ATTITUDE!!! L'atteggiamento della receptionist era molto sprezzante. Quando ho chiesto la password del Wifi, ha sorriso e sembrava molto condiscendente.

The manager of this guest house was extremely friendly and helpful. Large clean room with aircon and a great shower. Couldn't say a bad word about the facilities provided. Perfect if looking for a central location at a low price.
