The place is nice and clean, in front of hanoi railway, attendant is very accommodating and approachable. Safe neighborhood. Very recommendable 🥰🥰

離火車街超級超級近，入住703房，廁所通風有光源，房間有窗但打開是巷內天井沒有view，地理位置算是不錯的，訂也附早餐的，簡單的半自助吧及可以點一個主食，入住四晚每天都有變化，還不錯。旅店離還劍湖散步過去也8-10分鐘，沿路就有很多美食餐廳及路邊小吃，整體環境還行大廳接待人員都會主動招呼滿好的，有任何問題都可以詢問。

The hotel near from Hang dae. The staff give us enter even its 6.00 am. Actually, the lift until 11 floor n' we must go by manual to the 12 floor. The breakfast is ok n, early... Tks

スタッフはとても親切です。ハロン湾やニンビンなど近郊の観光地のツアーを紹介してくれます。 朝食は種類は多くないですがバイキング形式になっていて、それに加えてキッチンでオムレツやフォーなどを作ってくれます。 立地は旧市街の中なので観光には便利ですが、スコールの後はホテルの前の道が浸水してしまって、しばらく外出できませんでした。

it was amazing! the moment we arrived we were greeted with spectacular hospitality, we were blown away. room was big and although the aircon had some issues it was quickly rectified — superb service! would definitely come back to stay again.

Our room was really clean, with a nice view on the city and a good size . The bed was really comfortable. The staff is the best , they speak good English, they are really friendly and helpful . The breakfast has a good variety and change everyday . It’s a really good place close from everything .

Bon hôtel extrêmement bien situé juste à côté de la train street. Et non loin à pied du old quarter. Le personnel est très agréable. Il y avait une petite odeur d’humidité dans ma chambre mais sinon c’était propre.

初めての一人旅でしたがスタッフの方がとても優しく、安心して泊まることが出来ました。

Cheap but good. Great staff, very helpful and positive! Breakfast is simple, but nothing negative about it.
