設施比較完善，接待服務很好，老闆會英文中文很熱情，除了馬桶蓋有點松其他都不錯的。所處的街巷晚上沒有特別吵，只是車子接送進來比較麻煩，總來説體瑕不掩瑜，好評。

ハノイに到着して2泊し、サパに1泊し、その後またこちらのホテルに2泊しました。サパから戻った後、油断してホアンキエム湖近くでスリにあってしまい、近くの警察に行って書類を書いていたところ、ホテルスタッフのお兄さんが来てくれました。結果的に財布は現金だけ取られただけで、すぐ見つかったのですが、落ち込んでいた僕を一生懸命笑顔で元気づけてくれて、ホテルまでも荷物を持ってバイクで一緒に移動して下さり、本当に感謝しています。また、戻ると部屋をアップグレードしてくださり、帰りのタクシーも安く予約してくださり、何から何まで助けられました。弟さんや妹さん、そしてお母様も本当に温かい方で、たくさん写真を撮って頂いたり、タクシーを待っている間にもバナナを出してくれました。またいつかハノイに行く時は、必ず泊まりに行きます。そして日本のお土産を持っていきます。スタッフの皆様、本当にありがとうございました^ ^

The staff was very kind so I was amused. The position was wonderful to me because of the circumstances.

Hôtel excentré, entre la gare et le vieux quartier, dans une rue au calme. Une zone "pietonne" avec des restaurants pas très loin. Le passage du train est a côté. La chambre est grande. Petite salle d'eau cabine de douche. Clim. Tv locale. Bouilloire + bouteilles d'eau. Wifi moyen.

Friendly staff and helping us booking day trip to Halong Bay and arrange airport pickup. Location is pretty good. Easy to grab nice food nearby hotel by foot.
