Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Location in the Old Quarter close to everything but not on a street with massive amounts of traffic. Laundry, money exchange, and trip bookings can all be done on site. Nice made to order breakfast.

The hotel is clean, and centrally located in old quarters. The staff is so helpful and they helped us in booking various tours. Breakfast was simple but very delicious and had everything essential. The room was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend the hotel.

호안키엠 가카운 아주 좋은 위치. 주변에 성 요셉 성당, 호안키엠 광장 등과 맛집들이 가깝다. 주변에 마사지샵도 많다. 가성비가 아주 좋은 숙소였다.

There was a little difference from what I thought.

Bien situé au cœur de la ville proche du lac, très bien accueillis, décor suranné et raffiné , petit déjeuner à la carte pour tous les goûts, literie confortable. C’est un sans faute mais…. notre chambre était très petite. Il y en a des plus spacieuses. Très recommandable pour le prix.

18平方米稍微有些侷促，主要是因為床太大。早餐真的真的太好了，推薦。 服務態度也超級好！

The location of the place is nice, it is near the lake. Everything is accessible. They have a very nice staff as well as the place is clean. The food was great and they are very accommodating.
