Very nice place and the staff are excellent. Christian at front of house on our stay we found to be the best in the game, just amazing service!

來河內住了三家不同的酒店 這家服務態度和體驗感都很棒 前台的姜杏很好吃 屋內佈局忘了也是中規中矩的 反正體驗感不錯 也很新 樓下很多漂亮網紅小姐姐拍照

還可以，就是晚上沒甚麼吃的，連小吃攤都很早就收攤了，整體來說不過不失吧，酒店員工都挺熱情的！！！！！

The staff here make the effort to remember the guests names which is a nice touch. The hotel is very well designed and the location is close to the walking street area.

部屋は清潔で近くにご飯屋さんやコンビニもあり、とても過ごしやすかったです！何よりスタッフの方のサービスがとても良かったです！特にAliceというスタッフの方のサービスに感動を受けました🍀親切なAliceやスタッフの方々のおかげで快適で楽しい旅行になりました！ハノイにまた行く機会があればまた必ずここのホテルに泊まりたいです！！

It’s a small boutique hotel but everything that we need are there. The staff is also very friendly and recommended few good restaurants nearby. Our room is comfortable and breakfast is great too, overall is a good stay and worth for money.

酒店地點就在老街，離還劍湖還有樂天都非常近，離火車咖啡街衹有1.3公里。酒店各項指標我都給的五星，所以酒店內不需要太多的介紹，下次來河內還會選擇入住！
