離還劍湖很近，交通比較堵，靠腿走或者坐摩託才方便，房間設施和國內的7天如家類似，不過河內目前大多酒店都差不多

Номер оказался очень маленьким не 18 метров а по факту метров 10😆 Номер был убран достаточно посредственно и врятли меняли постельное белье.

服務態度極差，餐廳倒閉，清早推門送早餐，數次推門，欲要自己刷卡進入，當是我們一個在洗頭一個在睡覺，被嚇懵，以為遇到惡人。

Super Clean, warm (outside temperature+13 and rainy), dry, good shower, silence (sometimes its not easy to find silence place in Hanoi) great location. There are reasons why I gave 5 stars. And of course, thank you for helpful and friendly staff. See you next time.

The hotel is located in old quarter. It is within walkable distance to almost everything, everything if you enjoy walks. The room is comfortable and quiet, considering situated on a very busy street. I had many good sleeps even when traffic is horrendous outside. Staff is friendly and attentive. Also perhaps it is better to book ride to and from the airport with them? I paid over 500k viet dong for a one way trip from the airport to the hotel by taxi. When I booked the trip back with the hotel, it was only 300k. It is quite reasonable. I wish I had known before or the hotel had emailed and offered the service. Over all, it is a good hotel located in a very convenient location.

Friendly staff and great location Great and friendly staff. Location is spot on near to everything. Room could use a renovation as it was worn out. Cleaning could be more thoroughly done as I even found hair in the refrigerator.

The staff is super friendly

10 days in Maro I and my friend spent 10 days here and it was worth it. If you wanna travel Halong Bay, tell the front manager and he would friendly recommend you the best trip. Among everything, what's great about this hotel is the location :) nice restaurants, nice beer place, beautiful lake are just around. It would be very crowded and you gotta always keep an eye on bikes but, you can literally enjoy everything here. Have a nice trip !

DISCUSSING! I have been to Vietnam in the past year and never had a bad experience except for today. This hotel has the worst customer service & attitude unlike the rest of the beautiful people here. The hotel needs serious update foyer entrance discussing & smelly totally unfriendly & unhelpful couldn’t care less! See pictures below video didn’t work. Not to mention trip hazards

Notre séjour familial au Maro Hôtel Hôtel très bien placé, l'hôtelier nous a donné une grande chambre famille sur cours sans aucun bruit, ce qui était parfait pour nous. Néanmoins, nus avions deux fenêtres sans lumière du jour. Nous conseillons vivement le Maro Hôtel.
