非常喜歡這個酒店，服務態度很好

位於老城區，早餐內容不算太豐富但是亞洲人西方人都有得選也不錯了. 房間中規中矩，在老城區確實是比較難找到很大的位置，已經是比較滿意了. 服務非常好，每一位工作人員都非常友善！非常

Hotel is at excellent location, 5 mins from train street, 10 mins from old quarter. Tons of restaurants and shops around. Staff is friendly, decent breakfast with possibilities to get freshly made eggs of all sorts, pancakes etc.

This is an hotel you will book again after your 1st stay because the hotel has a very nice and cosy deco and the most important is all the stuff there are very friendly and helpful even their cleaner , I’ll will definitely book again when I come back Hanoi . Thank you very much to all the hotel stuff ! I’ll see you again !

位置不錯，員工親切，飯店設施不好，很多東西都壞了，以前每次到河內都住在家飯店，但是飯店設施沒有在維護，這次住宿感覺很差，不愉快的住宿行程

在河內這麼大的房間真的很少，酒店很乾凈，房間舒適。定的套件適合家庭，周邊很方便。酒店服務也很好。如果去河內還會選擇再次入住

特別提醒一：大部分越南酒店不提供紙拖鞋！全是下圖衣櫃裏這種多次使用的橡膠拖鞋！國人同胞請按自己的需求自備拖鞋！ 特別提醒二：越南基本都是歐標兩腳插口，記得提前買好轉換器 大堂工作人員非常熱情，會主動幫忙拿行李，辦理入住等待時有歡迎飲料和毛巾，一路把我帶到房間，房間裏還有歡迎水果 溝通用英語基本就沒問題，工作人員英語都挺好的，講的很流利，比我這個六級考兩次的強多了 淋浴間的頂噴水壓很大，洗澡很舒服 Wifi速度比較慢，如果要玩國產手遊的話會比較困難，但國內主流SNS和視頻平台的接入速度都在可接受範圍之內 早餐在一樓大堂內側，自助餐可供選擇的不算太多，但是Pho做的很好吃，向服務員點就可以了，個人推薦牛肉的 需要注意的是如果你點咖啡的話會另外算錢，2美刀一杯，大概15人民幣，在河內算貴的 之前去吃早餐的時候隔壁桌的小孩過生日，服務員端了個小蛋糕上來，還唱生日歌，服務意識拉滿了 酒店地段很好，在老城區裏，幾個著名打卡點：河內火車街，河內大教堂（大教堂整點會敲鐘，建議整點去），還劍湖，列寧公園（中國大使館就在列寧公園旁邊，感興趣可以去看看），河內旗台，獨柱寺和昇龍皇城以及胡志明陵都很近，走着就能到

好 連續住兩晚不錯

Excellent location in the heart of the old quarter of the city. The room was clean and well decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they helped me to organise a spa treatment and taxi to the airport. I had an early flight which meant that I was too early for breakfast on my final day, but they organised a takeaway breakfast for me that morning. A wonderful place to stay in Hanoi.
