There is no reception. When I arrived I needed to wait for 30 min to show me the room. The room I booked was not available and they gave me another one. The room was very dirty, smelly and there is a bright light infringe of the sleeping room windows, what even shines trough the dirty curtain. After the first sleepless night, I checked out due to ants in my bed.

Căn hộ thực tế ko giống như trên hình. Trên hình rất sáng sủa và sạch đẹp nhưng thực tế thì hoàn toàn đối lập. Vừa bước vào phòng xộc n*** vào mũi mùi ẩm mốc và vệ sinh hoàn toàn ko sạch sẽ từ phòng khách đến phòng ngủ đến bếp và tolet. Vì đặt trên agoda và thanh toán trước nhưng tôi vẫn chấp nhận mất số tiền đó và bỏ tiền ra đặt một khách sạn khác và rời đi n*** lập tức. Nhân viên có đề nghị tôi move sang một chi nhánh khác và bù thêm tiền, thật nực cười! Awful! The room is totally different with photos on agoda: very bad smell, moldy, dirty from living room to bedrooms, kitchen, and tolet. Can't stand it, so I checked out directly, moved to another hotel and accepted to lose money because paid in advance by agoda. Staff offered me to move to another property of them, upgrade level and must pay extra fee. That is ridiculous!

Căn hộ rất tuyệt vời, yên tĩnh có view hồ vào ban đêm thật tuyệt, nhân viên thân thiện.Địa điểm thích hợp để ăn uống cà phê. Gần thung lũng hoa hồ tây. Đáng để trải nghiệm ở đây. Ở đây cũng có cho thuê lâu dài và giá rất hợp lý để những ai ở đây và làm việc lâu dài

Absolutely filthy. Used this place as a base apartment while visiting family in hanoi, we were completely fooled by the photos on Google, *********** etc. These photos must have been taken the day it opened or had a referb. MOULD EVERYWHERE! , rotting floors , the smell was so bad we had to air it out daily. "reception" was none existent just a room full of rental scooters , dark and dingy lighting and often flooded, we sometimes struggled to even get the pushchair out of the loft as scooters were blocking it. We had to message the owner and "building manager" numerous times to try and get basic things like toilet paper and fresh towels ( we eventually got some toilet paper on our last week here ) we had to just buy our own in the end as the staff were not helpful and never seen a fresh towel the whole time so relied on our own. Random electrical cables just hanging down inside cupboards with tape over the ends, holes in the floor where the floor had rotted away. The sheets on the beds were just very heavily used quilt covers not actual sheets to cover the filthy mattresses , the sofa was pretty much covered in stains and cushions just flipped to hide more. The cooking utensils were disgusting, we gave Daniel a dirty knife covered in rust to which he replied "it must have been the previous guests" implying there is no clean down service or general room checks between guests to which he took away gave it a clean and returned a slightly less rusty knife. We booked this for 4 weeks thinking wow its filthy but we were pressured into paying on the first day and thought as we were only using it as a base then travelling around the country hanoi it might not be too bad but if anything it turned into a black cloud after every trip to other home stays we went on. This isn't normal for these kids of places as we stayed in a few diffrent home stays in the country and they were exactly as posted , fresh linen daily and couldn't be more helpful , this place however reminded me more of a teenagers bedroom rather than a legitimate buisness, I will be following this up with *********** as I feel we weere totally miss-sold

These apartments are absolutely disgusting. The photographs they show bare no resemblance at all to the pictures they put on their booking sites. When we arrived there the sink was filthy, dirty dish cloth, filthy pan scrub, filthy cutlery and chopping board. When we spoke to a member of staff he just said it was from the previous people. The mattresses were covered in urine stains, mould on the walls, holes in the floor from rotting wood, walls were filthy. In the 26 days we were there they never once changed the bath towels, didn’t replace toilet rolls. We took lots of photographs but trip advisor only allows 10
