Làm ăn vô trách nhiệm . K có tí nào thể hiện sự nhiệt tình đối với khách hàng . Trả nghiệm tồi tệ đối vs tôi. Xin chào và k bao giờ gặp lại hotel này 1 lần nữa . Tại thủ đô tôi thực sự quá buồn khi nghỉ ngơi tại 1 nơi như này. nơi này k đáng để đến và nghỉ ngơi 1 chút nào

Booked this hotel in Agoda. Upon arrival noticed that lobby looks different from picutures in Agoda and unclean. Room is no different. Not only unclean but a health hazard! Receptionist is no help either and instead of giving full refund upon showing the pictures of the dirty room, he underlines "no cancellation since this is same day already" We are left to roam the streets with luggage on tow to look for new hotel. - unsanitary - disgusting - unhelpful staff - do not make the same mistake to stay here

The room not like in the picture at all, very old and too dirty. To be honest, this place not like a hotel it seem look like hostel. The building is in a small road (need a foot walk) i will definitely not come back this hotel again. Very not recommend

The one star is for the bed, which was comfortable for sleep. To explain the review title: 1. No communication from staff, after e-mail contact with reception. 2. No welcome to the premises or any explanation of rooms, facilities or issue resolution. 3. Incorrect small and dirty room initially allocated. Needed complaint. 4. Second room had a dead / inoperable TV, a dirty fridge with a cockroach inside, no lighting in the bathroom area, bar a plug-in light bulb. Clearly a safety hazard. Another complaint. Nothing done to correct any issue, despite 5 days’ stay. 5. The floor was full of dirt, old hair and other debris. Another complaint. Floor finally cleaned on Day#3. 6. The ‘service’ was dependent upon complaining to the front desk reception ‘manager’ . No initiative from staff to please. Even toilet roll and a tea cup had to be requested! An absolute disaster of a ‘hotel’, which I would not recommend to my worst enemy, let alone relatives, friends and colleagues. There are far better stays and this place gives Hanoi a bad name. Steer very clear of the 1961 Old Quarter Hotel.

We had booked a “deluxe double room with window”, when we arrived at 11pm after travelling back from Ha Giang Loop they told us our room had a water problem with the shower and so they have moved our room for a little cheaper, however, this new room doesn’t have a private bathroom it was across the hall and was shared. When we asked to see the room first before agreeing to stay in it we heard a man in the next room complaining that there wasn’t any water in that bathroom either. He said he will have the shower sorted by 7am for us as we had to leave at 8:30am for a flight. We agreed to stay as it was so late, however when we taken our bags up and sat on the bed we could feel all the metal springs by hand!!! We used the toilet and the water had ran out so we couldn’t flush, it was getting worse!! It also smelt like cat urine everywhere!! We agreed not to stay here as it’s the worst place we have EVER stayed & we do a lot of travelling!! So we walked out and found a hotel round the corner who have a room for us. So glad we made the decision, breakfast included, taken our bags to our room, looked after us and taken us to the airport for a good rate. This hotel was called JaCosmo hotel & spa - more expensive but had a wonderful sleep and a lovely hot shower!! Brian on the front desk was very helpful to us and thanks to his late night team who got the room ready for us after midnight!!

My family and I never have been to a hotel this horrible before. The staff is rude and didn't acknowledge our booking until we show up the booking on app and pre payment. The rooms conditions are no where near what they describe. It has horrible molds and mushy smell. Dirty in some places and seems like they barely take the cleaning serious. Please be aware and do not choose this place.

We came into Hanoi and booked this hotel on 1/3/2023 . DONT COME HERE . Completely put us off our first night in Hanoi. We had paid prior to Arriving and they could not find our booking after some time of trying to show our paperwork they finally gave us a key . The room was so dirty we never used the bathroom, did not want to even sleep on the bed . No water was provided. Couldn’t wait to get out of there . Spend the money and go to a better hotel .
