Hanoi la Cascada House & Travel arvostelua

A really good and clean hotel! It’s walking distance to everything but also away from the hustle and bustle so it’s very quiet and good for sleeping. The room is big and clean and the balcony was great. It’s really reasonably priced for such a good hotel. I’d love to stay here if I come back to Hanoi.

Wer ein ruhiges Hotel mitten im Trubel sucht ist hier genau richtig. Uns war die gegend zu viel , wir sind jedem Tag aus dem old quarter geflüchtet. Aber da alle Touristen da hin wollen ...... Hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon welches sauber war und auch so gerochen hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl man die Bahn hört wenn sie fährt war das Hotel gesammt gesehen sehr ruhig für Vietnam. Autos können nicht vor dem Hotel parken das ist aber nicht weiter schlimm die schmale Gasse ist sehr kurz. Zudem ist es wohl deshalb auch ruhiger.

有個陽台差別還是挺大的。雖然也不經常坐陽台，但視野開拓比較舒服。樓下有火車經過，旁邊有個火車站點，隔壁的咖啡館看上去不錯的樣子，可惜春節不開門。從機場坐86路，就近下車走路四五分鐘就能到旅館，還是挺方便的。離還劍湖走路15分鐘，還行

設施：國內酒店有的它都有 衞生：乾淨，整潔，每天打掃 環境：地理位置優越，性價比很高 服務：每位服務人員很友善，可以用英文交流，不會英語的客户，他們會用翻譯器，很方便

Every single hotel worker is super friendly and greets you every single time you enter and exit the hotel. They are always helpful with all your requests or questions. I have never had such a welcoming experience ever. They even gave me and my girlfriend gifts after our visit to hanoi. The hotel is located in the old quarters, therefore it has a great location. However, it is located in a dark and dirty alley, which might be a deal breaker for some people. It can be hard to find for first-time visitors as I spend 1 hour finding the hotel on the first day after my grab driver dropped me off. The alley is not accessible by car and is only accessible by motorcycle. You can read the email sent to you by them explaining how to find the hotel, or you can book a car from them to and fro the airport for 300k dong. The hotel room is nice and clean, with room cleaning every single day. Overall, I definitely would recommend this hotel to anybody.

It’s located at the entrance part of old quarter , very convenient and walking distance to everywhere yet quiet in the evening when you wanna get to sleep. I saw many hotels in this area more in the centre I imagine the night time would be super noisy in hindsight I was god I chose this one for the quietness ! simple but clean and comfortable room. Hot shower is super hot. I’d say great value for money. I highly recommend to book here. Front team are very attentive and 24H service. Thanks for everything !

하노이를 전체적으로 여행하기에는 좋은 위치이나 차량진입이나 초행길은 조금 어려울 수 있습니다. 안은 깔끔하며 시설은 조금 올드합니다. 직원이 영어를 잘 해요.

非常滿意。位置很好，價格也不高，滿滿性價比。工作人員超級熱情，不僅帶上樓，而且還介紹了熱門景點和交通情況。退房後還贈送了一個小紀念品，非常貼心。值得推薦。

今天是最後一晚！因為訂房時有說需要高樓層！飯店給我高樓層及我最愛的方位！睡起來真的就是一覺到天亮；很舒服回來河內是我的首選

the hotel is in a very good location, close to markets and old quarter. the front desk was also very friendly, nice and helpful. they were a big help with the recent typhoon yagi.
