3連泊しました。口コミが良く期待値が大きいせいか、最初はイメージが随分違うなと感じました。予約クラスはプレミアムルーム。5Fでしたが眺望は期待できません。アップチャージを支払い高層階にしました。シャワールームは隙間から水漏れがひどくトイレ側に流れ出ます。 残念な話しはここまで。 　ホテルへは空港から86番のバスで行けます。 ホテル周辺には歩いて行ける観光名所旧跡があります。交通量が多いので配車アプリを使うのもいいかもしれませんが初乗り程度です。このホテルの一番良かった点は朝食です。毎回違うメニューになり特にフォー(麺)は今まで色々食べてきましたが、最終日に食べたのは絶品でした。スタッフの方々も素晴らしいです。感謝します。

Clean and conformable room. We had a complimentary fruit plate at check-in. The staff is nice and helpful. I would visit again, but need room with better view.

洗面所お風呂シャワートイレルームは部屋と同じぐらい広く、必要なシャンプーリンス、ボディソープなど揃えてあり、快適でした。朝食は質が良い種類も豊富で満足でした。機会があれはまた利用したいと思います。

Habitaciones muy limpias y espaciosas. Buffet excelente y muy variado. Muy buena ubicación , pero lo mejor sin duda , es su personal , muy atentos y amables . Te ayudan en todo . Extraordinario hotel en Hanoi para pasar unos días. Nam y Man son muy amables y simpáticos.

Todo la atención y son excelentes. 👌 En especial a Selina, NA, Sunny, My hanh Tien y todo el mundo excelente hotel conveniente para las atracciones turística mi familia y yo pasamos unas vacaciones muy divertidas definitivamente volveremos otra vez

Snow and sunny, Tien and Trang are really good along with My who looked after us very well and smilingly . God bless them for their assiduous work and great service ! The hotel is very good with spacious rooms and great showers ! Very happy . Food catered to vegetarians and non veg people and also happy to see rice noodles for the Gluten free people

This Q Hotel specifically the Conference Room has good service. The place is clean and the room is good enough for the number of our guests. Snow furthermore was so accommodating. We hope to use this in the future for our events. Thanks to this hotel.

Questa è stata la prima tappa in Vietnam: 3 notti in questo hotel. 😁Posizione ottima, letto e cuscini perfetti. Buono il servizio di lavanderia. Cambio biancheria e rifornimento accessori toilette perfetti. 😒Il bagno non mi è piaciuto (con vasca e poco illuminato ), colazione senza croissant 🥐.

Had a great experience at the Q. Miss Snow was extremely humble and sweet helped us gain a great experience at the Q. There was a variety of food at the buffet for breakfast. Rooms were clean and all other staff were really helpful. Would recommend to everyone.
