Stayed here for three nights with my son. Room was tidy and comfortable. Felt light and airy despite the lack of a window. Breakfast was tasty and the service was excellent.

3連泊しました。口コミが良く期待値が大きいせいか、最初はイメージが随分違うなと感じました。予約クラスはプレミアムルーム。5Fでしたが眺望は期待できません。アップチャージを支払い高層階にしました。シャワールームは隙間から水漏れがひどくトイレ側に流れ出ます。 残念な話しはここまで。 　ホテルへは空港から86番のバスで行けます。 ホテル周辺には歩いて行ける観光名所旧跡があります。交通量が多いので配車アプリを使うのもいいかもしれませんが初乗り程度です。このホテルの一番良かった点は朝食です。毎回違うメニューになり特にフォー(麺)は今まで色々食べてきましたが、最終日に食べたのは絶品でした。スタッフの方々も素晴らしいです。感謝します。

Clean and conformable room. We had a complimentary fruit plate at check-in. The staff is nice and helpful. I would visit again, but need room with better view.

洗面所お風呂シャワートイレルームは部屋と同じぐらい広く、必要なシャンプーリンス、ボディソープなど揃えてあり、快適でした。朝食は質が良い種類も豊富で満足でした。機会があれはまた利用したいと思います。

Très bel hôtel, avec chambre vaste et bien décorée, personnel efficace qui prend en charge les valises à l'arrivée comme au départ. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié, abondant et de qualité. Tout serait donc parfait si dans la salle de bain on ne trouvait pas des moisissures autour de la baignoire et du lavabo, indigne d'un 4 étoiles. En plus à 7h du matin bruits intenses de marteau piqueur dans un immeuble contigu !

Il Q hotel è perfetto come posizione, ti muovi in tranquillità in centro città e raggiungi facilmente tutto! Lo stuff eccellente. Vicino puoi trovare qualsiasi cosa e sei a 25 min a piedi dalla train street! Nan e Man sono stati veramente gentili e super professionali! Consigliato!

It was a nice hotel and rooms were very beautiful Serena is also very helping lady and assist with local market also My room had very nice view with a lovely bathtub also. These people are really so good and cooperative. My visit to this city was awesome

The room and hotel is really nice and guest should come here to get good service. I excellent services bySerena. Rooms are very clear and hygiene the staff is very good and also food is mind blowing i highly recommend this hotel for indians many restaurants are near by

We stay here for 3 night during our trip to Viet Nam and Cambodia in March 2025. Hotel is clean and accessible to local area. All within walking distance. All the staffs are attentive and polite. Good command of English and always willing to assist. Breakfast was excellent.

My husband and myself stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. We found all staff to be extremely helpful and friendly especially Serena (Manager) and Sunny (Food Manager). Rooms are very clean and a good selection of food choices. Being sports people we were disappointed that the gym did not open at 6am, did not have an exercise bike and the gym machine could do with an update. Having water in the gym, towels, cleaning agent to wipe down machinery, dumbbells, a tv or music surround would also be good to have. The location of the hotel is also convenient to local amenities too. We would still highly recommend the hotel to visitors. Thank you Q Hotel for making our stay and our first time in Vietnam special. Will definitely be returning!

The stay was so pleasant and really impressed with the cleanliness and staffs were so helpful. Espicially Alice in the front desk who helped me in providing a free upgrade to a premium room when I raised a concern about space in the room. Also, the food was very nice with lot of varities.
