직원분들 모두 친절하고 객실 컨디션이 좋았습니다 위치가 뒷골목쪽 구석이여서 차량 진입구가 좁은거 빼고는 모든게 완벽했습니다.

호텔입구가 너무 지저분하고복잡하다

Отличный отель с хорошим сервисом и персоналом. Везде чистота и порядок. Супер завтрак. Единственный минус - расположение не очень удачное, но до центра можно доехать минут за 10 на такси или мопеде. В целом остались довольны.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located near [mention landmarks or business centers], making it easy to get to meetings and explore the city after work hours. Room: The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped for business travelers. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast, and the desk setup made working from the room comfortable. Service: Staff were professional, courteous, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the concierge gave excellent recommendations for dining.

서호 근처에 있어, 미딘 한국거리, 도심등 거리가 멀지만~ 조용하게 휴식을 보내기에 딱인 호텔입니다. 무엇보다 침대, 침구류 등 관리가 잘되어 있어 정말 편하게 꿀잠이 가능한 호텔입니다.

아주 만족합니다

I treated myself with a little staycation over the weekend and I absolutely loved it. Very cozy, clean and comfy. I love the grey tones of the room. The service was great at all times! I was trying to connect to speakers via Bluetooth but couldn’t and after asking for help they sent someone at midnight to check that. I didn’t take photos of the restaurant during breakfast but it was great! The space is very nice and variety of options for breakfast! The stuff was ready to help at all times during the service. Totally recommend staying here if visiting Hanoi! 💯

I like this hotel. I come here when I have a business trip and I totally recommend. The staff is nice, the gym is great and you also have a sauna!

The facilities were incredibly clean, and I even received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, although it can get a bit crowded in the morning, so sometimes there’s a short wait. The view of Hanoi from the pool was stunning, and both the sauna and jacuzzi were very relaxing. The gym is open 24 hours, which was great as I could work out even in the early morning hours.
