オールドクオーター中心地から15分歩いた閑静な場所にあります。 コンドミニアムはワンフロア一部屋で設備は必要なものがいろいろ揃ってます。 ただ、清潔さはあまりなく、髪の毛が結構落ちていたり、下水が臭かったり、小さいありが大量発生しました。

On arrival no one was there to check us in . We had to use trip.com to communicate with the owner . This took 44 minutes until we could get into the room . Then to find cigarette ends on the floor , large hairs in the bath and shower and generally so very dirty. Spent an hour making it clean . The owner was very helpful and did give us a decent discount for this . He was very pleasant .

Strategically located near the Old Quarter, next to the Ministry of Defense. The staff are friendly. The hotel has an old-fashioned classic style, but it also has a smart toilet, water heater, washer and dryer. All in all, a wonderful experience.

발코니에서 흡연 가능합니다! 저는 8층이었는데 발코니에 달려 있는 건조대는 고장이 나서 빨래하고 그냥 여기저기에 걸어 뒀어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 건조기는 원래 잘 사용을 하지 않아서 안 써 봤는데 베란다에 빨래 널면 정말 뽀송하게 잘 말라서 너무 좋았습니다 ㅜㅜ 수압은 다소 약한 편이고 저희가 한창 더울 때 가서 그랬는지 물이 따뜻한 물밖에 나오지 않았어요 식탁이 있어서 매일 들어와서 샤워하고 시원하게 한 잔 할 수 있는 게 행복하더라고요 ㅜㅜ 역시 동남아 여행 숙소는 가정용 냉장고 있는 곳이 짱입니다 그래도 직원 분이 정말 친절하시고 문제 있으면 카톡 달라고 하시는데 카톡으로 소통 가능해서 편했고 유튜브 로그아웃을 안 하고 나와서 로그아웃 해 줄 수 있는지 카톡 드렸더니 로그아웃하는 동영상을 찍어서 보내 주시더라고요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 왕친절 그 자체입니다 가장 중요한 벌레는 한 번도 나오지 않았습니다! 작지만 엘레베이터가 있는 게 너무 좋았어요 위치도 나름 만족스러웠고 하노이에 또 가게 된다면 무조건 다시 이용할 거예요!!

Je recommande. Je reviendrais. Super séjour. Chambre très agréable avec un petit balcon et un lave linge. Communication très fluide avec le gestionnaire, situation très bien calme et sécurité. Proche des peux de visites principaux. Juste un petit conseil il faudrait voir pour enlever le calcaire du pommeau de douche et une solution pour les remontes d’odeurs parfois. Sinon rien à dire je reviendrais sans problème. C’est très bien. Je recommande.

This place was quiet at night, which, for Vietnam, is a big deal. It was close enough to the old quarter to be walkable, but far enough that you aren’t woken up by honking taxis or other street noise in the middle of the night (though it starts promptly at 7AM!) Host was very accommodating and available.

Home away from home! Great location walking distance to the old quarter. The apartment itself is spacious and comfy. We used the laundry facilities which was brilliant for us as backpackers and it made a nice change to cook for once! The kitchen has quite basic amenities but it did the job just fine :) Good communication from the owner too.

Smelly Good place to stay. Drains in our room smelt awful but was offered discount for next stay as apology.

Majoituspaikan vastaus: You stayed at my house for 6 NIGHTS, why didn't you tell me about this smell until you checked out? I checked the bathroom, it's just that the floor drain cover wasn't installed properly, probably when the housekeeping took it off to clean it. It only takes a few minutes to check and reinstall it correctly. You also assume that I knew about the smell in advance because the balcony door is open when you check in. Please note, after cleaning, we usually open this door to quickly dry the floor as well as fresh air in the room. This review is not fair.

Nice, central apartment Centrally located apartment in a nice area. The staff was helpful and gave us all the information we needed to check in and out ourselves. The apartment was fully equipped.

Great value for money Good size apartment in quiet good location not so far from old quarter and nearby restaurants. if you dont want to hear noises from traffic during night this is good value for money

Bihn, el manager está totalmente dispuesto a apoyarte con recomendaciones e incluso me ayudó a reservar la excursión en motocicleta al Ha Giang Loop y a gestionar los transportes. Todo el tiempo estuvo en comunicación y al pendiente, incluso del viaje. Volveré sin duda!! Muchas gracias Binh!!
