Great location and super cheap

Les chambres manquent d’aération et sont assez étroites. Il n’y a qu’une douche et un seul WC pour 8 lits, ce qui peut être insuffisant. De plus, les lits sont instables et bougent beaucoup, et la musique reste audible jusqu’à 1h du matin, même avec les fenêtres fermées. Cependant, le grand point positif est le buffet du petit-déjeuner, qui est vraiment appréciable, ainsi que le rooftop, qui offre un espace agréable et convivial.

Great receptionists, the cleaners are attentive when requesting something, good breakfast and worth your money. You're right next to Beer Street and only a 10 min walk from the lakes and cafes! It's a hostel, so of course it will be small and full of different people (mainly young and European) people coming in at 4am and putting their bags in the loud locker etc... bring headphones lol. Shower is fine, clean and warm, towels can be rented for 30k, a bottle of 1ltr water is 10k. Tours can be booked there too such as the Loop and Halong Bay.

We arrived from the airport past 2 am and we were happy to be accommodated by the front desk officer . We took the dorm type since we only stayed for 7 hours and checkout for Sapa. Everything was worth the price except for the bedding who has a spot of blood on it.

Room was very humid and we found a cockroach.

Perfect for meeting people and deciding where to go on your trip. The staff is super kind, and beds comfy. People kept inviting me to join their tables and friend groups which is a rarity in the world, and a treasure for a solo traveler.

ชอบที่นี่มากเลยอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเดินทางสะดวกเดินไปไหนก็สะดวกอาหารการกินเพียบตอนกลางคืนก็มีร้านและผับอารมณ์เหมือนอยู่ในประเทศไทยต่อข้าวสาร 

아침도 다양하게 부페식으로 잘 나가고, 리셉션도 너무 친절하세요 다만 맥주거리 중심에 있으니 8번이 끝에 있는 방을 선택 하시면 조용히 주무실 수 있어요

酒店位於城區，去海濱需打車約 10 分鐘路程。酒店房間乾淨整潔，附近有很多餐廳和酒吧，前台有一個小姐姐會講流利的中文。門口的保安大叔會主動幫客人提行李到電梯口，這個價格享受的是五星級的服務。屋頂的露天游泳池是看日落的絕佳位置。 設施：非常好 衞生：非常好 環境：去海濱需要打車 服務：非常好

본문셀라 코지 호텔을 찍고 가시면 안되고요. 하노이'스 백패커스호오스텔을 찍고 가셔야 됩니다. 위치가 조금 달라요. 그리고 호스텔 내부 1층은 활기차고 직원들도 친절했고 각종 맥주와 포켓볼 당구대가 있었으며 분위기가 좋았습니다. 침대도 깨끗한 시트로 갈아져 있었고 조용한 분위기의 에어컨은 빵빵했으며 샤워실은 좁지만 깨끗했습니다. 투숙객 분들이 자발적으로 관리를 알아서 잘하는 느낌이었습니다 만족스러웠습니다

フロントの対応は親切で、快適に過ごせました。旧市街全体的に欧米系の人が多く、日本人は少ないです。朝ごはん美味しい！

宿泊日は、ゲストが多く、予約していた部屋を他のゲストに貸してしまったようで、別の建物に変えられてしまった。 チェックインが21時過ぎになり、ホテルに連絡しておくべきだったのだが。 ただ、代わりに手配してくれた、別の建物の部屋も、清潔で悪くはなかった。 ハノイは暑いので、冷蔵庫が完備されていればいいのだが。

Not sure what’s with the hype and good ratings here but i do find it average. Except for the location, everything else was just basic
