굉장히 친절하시고 밝은모습으로 손님맞이를 하시네요 건물은 좀 노후되었지만 관리를 잘하셔서 깨끗하네요 침구가 좀 눅눅하지만 에어컨잘되고 냉장고성능이 아주좋네요. 조용하고 관광지를 걸어다닐수있는위치라 아주 만족했습니다

Очень приятные номера, все чистое, хорошее кондиционирование, зимой тепло, хорошего качества постельное, удобная кровать, хорошая шумоизоляция, расположение отеля удачное, рядом улица с кафе, супермаркет. Администратор очень ответственный и отзывчивый человек.

設施：不是很新但也不影響使用 衞生：乾淨正常標準 環境：沒什麼風景可看，但勝在位置方便，套房價格也合適 服務：服務態度很好

地方很寬敞

離最熱鬧市中心走路10分鐘 隱藏在巷內、鬧中取靜 房間空間很大很方便 還有可以烹調的廚房跟有沙發的客廳 整體CP值很高

套房式住宿，該有的都有。離熱鬧的地方走路就能到，週五晚上就開始有市集擺到週末，還算方便。櫃台小哥人很好幫我升級成兩個房間的套房，空間真的很大，大概是行李全部打開攤平，還可以躺在地上打滾那樣。

프론트 여자 직원분이 여행 첫 날이라고 주변 여행지를 자세하고 친절히 알려주셔서 감사했고 영어 잘 하셔서 편했음 간단한 한국어 인사는 덤ㅎㅎ 방 깨끗하고 시설도 괜찮았음 여행중 가장 좋았던 숙소 다만 온수버튼을 미리 눌러둬야 되나봄 온수가 바로 안나옴 온수도 그리 오래 가진않아 뒤로갈수록 미지근해짐ㅋㅋ 난 찬물샤워 가능해서 괜찮은데 친구는 힘들어했음ㅋㅋ 그래도 전반적으로 굉장히 만족했던 숙소!👍

I had a truly memorable stay at HNC Premier, located at 8 Ly Nam De Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. Great hotel and great people in Hanoi. Hotel is perfect for families (I went with my wife and two children), with really good location and comodities. And what is more valuable, the exceptional treatment of the staff. Thanks Apple for your help during all my travel in Vietnam.

Nice apartments in the old quarter, I booked a balcony apartment, it comes with 2 bedrooms, a large living room and a beautiful bathroom, I really like a bathtub also. We stayed here for 5 days, it was super hot in Ha Noi, so we were mostly stayed inside during the day, but we’re not too depressed because we got a beautiful balcony that equipped a fantastic city view.

Appartement hôtel, très bien placé, calme et propre, presque aucune fausse note jusqu’au paiement où l’on s’est vu chargé d’une boisson non consommée, décevant, pas tant pour la valeur, insignifiante, mais par le geste et l’absence de contrôle, vexant pour des personnes de bonnes foi, bref on a abandonné et on a payé, dommage pour le ressenti final.

we stayed only for one night but it’s very convenient location a grocery store near by is a big plus and the staff are out standing the reception staff(apple and another guy) helped us with every thing we asked for,they arranged halong bay cruise for 1 night was out standing and they kept our luggage in their hotel for free when we went to the cruise trip.special thanks to all the staff hope to see u soon.
