Bus stop 86 ( airport bus) right behind hotel . Evening receptionist was able to direct me easily but not morning receptionist which took me a lot of time this morning walking around the town trying to find bus stop. Really great rooftop! Incredible view. Excellent for sunset. To enjoy breakfast properly you need to arrive early. It closes at 09:30. If you arrive at 09:15 - it gets difficult. Bed very comfortable. A one time complimentary use of the sauna would be nice seeing as this property has no pool or gym.

YouTubeで良さそうだったので決めました。朝食会場は、外を眺められる上層階で景色もよく、食事も美味しかったです。部屋はコンパクトですが、清潔感もありました。 ただYouTubeの人がチェックアウトの時にプレゼントをもらっていたのがなかったことが、気になりました。あと、せっかく宿泊前と後にメールをホテルからもらいましたが、英語の勉強中で返信できなくて申し訳なかったです。

Great location! There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. The shopping street is just 5-10 mins walk away. Not forgetting that the staffs are super helpful. They provide lots of information that we tourist need the most! :D

Wonderful stay. I wish I was still there.

整體還不錯、特別是服務態度！

・ロケーションは旧市街の中にあり且つホアンキエム湖に近くいい場所です(部屋には近辺の地図とお店の冊子があります) ・部屋も清潔ですし特に上層階の食堂、屋上のbarも綺麗です。 ・受付の方もやはりベトナム人らしく非常に親切で親しみやすいです。また英語も問題無し。 ・一点難は部屋が若干狭いです。後、カードキー使えなくなり受付に2回伺いました。

위치, 호텔룸 컨디션, 직원 서비스 다 너무 좋습니다 가격도 다른 곳에 비해 엄청 비싸지도 않고 일단 마지막날 마사지 한번 받았는데 진짜 너무 좋습니다 제가 마사지 강하게 받는거 좋아하고 여러곳에서 받아봤는데 올드쿼터에서는 여기가 최고입니다 직원 너무 친절합니다 만약 또 온다면 고민없이 여기 머물 것 같습니다

Very near to old quarters and the staff are all very friendly. Nice breakfast too! Will come back again if I visit hanoi!

The hotel stay is definitely a 10 star. The moment you enter the hotel, it already smell nice and comforting. The room was very comfortable and the staffs were really friendly and professional. Special mention to Moon and Heidi for their welcoming smile every morning to the attentive assistance throughout my stay with the hotel. When they got to know that I had food poisoning, they showed their concern and was very attentive to my needs (i.e., warming up my bowl of porridge, offering warm water) and even checking in on me. Highly recommend everyone to stay here. The location is also very convenient as there are delicious food nearby and close to Hoan Kiem lake.

ベトナム到着前にメールで、台風によるホテルの状況を確認していましたが大丈夫とのことで伺いました。 しかし、チェックインに行くと部屋の天井が水漏れしていると説明を受け、このホテルの系列”central hotel”に宿泊をしました。 内装や清潔感は⭐︎5ですか、立地やサービスは他のホテルと比べると普通です。友達に勧めたいホテルではありませんでした。。。

就在還劍湖附近，步行約400米就到，附近很多餐廳和喝咖啡的。距離景點也是步行距離。房間不大但夠用，空調很足，要注意調節溫度。入住時，前台人員很細心講解，退房時，前台人員也細心了解客戶住後意見。

地理位置很好，服務也好，天台很漂亮。

酒店位置很方便，服務和清潔也很滿意，即使是精品酒店，但質素有高級酒店水準。
