ロケーションやホテルのスタッフのサービスはとても素晴らしかったです。観光やホテルへの意見を求めてきてすぐに対応できることは即実施してくれます。朝食のフォーは非常に美味しかったです。

這次河內之行，我入住的酒店真的給旅程增色不少！它就坐落在還劍湖附近，出門溜達幾步就能欣賞到湖光水色，晚上湖邊散步，熱鬧又愜意。周邊美食雲集，從越南特色的pho，到路邊的新鮮水果攤，一路吃下來超滿足。 房間的佈置很有當地特色，採光充足，住得舒適又安心。酒店工作人員的服務熱情周到，還幫忙規劃了遊玩路線，讓人倍感貼心。唯一小小的不足，就是房間的隔音稍差，不過總體不影響體驗。下次來河內，我肯定還選這兒，推薦給大家！

Súper recomendado, Kathy fue muy amable, en el hotel todos son muy amables, el desayuno 100%, buen capuchino, huevos calientes en el momento. Siento que es uno de los mejores alojamientos

酒店房間不大，但是還比較精緻，地理位置巨好，去哪裡走路10-15分鐘就到了，隔壁就是網紅咖啡廳，裏面的salty cream coffee非常推薦，這家酒店服務非常好，會給你地圖詳細講解周邊的好玩的，有求必應，早餐很好吃，樓頂的酒吧看落日也很chill, 唯一有點遺憾就是酒店在一個廣場旁邊，正好遇到他們的國慶節，半夜廣場還在放各種嗨樂，有些影響睡眠，不過前台準備了耳塞還是蠻細節的～

酒店位置十分優越，就在還劍湖旁邊，食宿交通十分方便，酒店總體是法式風格裝修，酒店的服務人員服務熱情到位，十分注重顧客的反饋，房間的裝飾也很用心，設施也很齊全，還送天台吧的飲料，總體而言不錯，美中不足是老城區酒店的房間都偏小，公共區域的沙發和地毯可能時間長了有些老久，但總體而言還是值得推薦

The service, even before our stay, was very friendly and helpful. We used the Spa and had a great relaxing treatment. The breakfast was delicious and a good choice of different dishes.

酒店服務很好，大廳一直有人幫你開門，離開的時候會幫你把行李提下台階，服務很貼心。check in 的時候還送飲料和小吃。還有3張折價卷，可以得到按摩和吃飯的折扣，還可以免費喝一杯飲料。總體而言很不錯。

The hotel staff were exceptionally professional, accomodating, helpful & friendly. Open the front doors before we even reached the hotel, came and grabbed our bags when they saw us approaching from a distance. Asked to assist us when we were within the hotel, from getting a grab car for us to asking us how our sleep and room was and if we had any concerns and they would attend to them straight away. I was blown away when letting them know the night before that we will be checking out at 4.30am the next morning to find out they had packed a breakfast to go for hubby & I. Highly recommend staying at this hotel- service & location is on point.

Excellent Stay with a Lake View and Exceptional Service I stayed in an executive room facing the street, offering a rustic and restricted view of the lake. The room was neat, tidy, and well-maintained. What really made the stay stand out was the hotel staff—they provided top-notch service and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. Communication was a breeze as everyone spoke English fluently. The location couldn’t have been better—just perfect for leisurely strolls around Hoan Kiem Lake and easy access to the vibrant Old Quarter. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.

Очень удобное расположение в сердце города, но номера с видом на озеро немного шумноваты из за того, что улица очень активная с раннего утра до позднего вечера. Персонал очень приветлив, дружелюбен и всегда готов помочь. Завтраки супер! Спасибо тоже хорошо.
