夜遅くのチェックインでしたが、問題なく受け入れてもらいました。 スタッフの対応も素晴らしいです おすすめの宿です

Great location. Not noisy and still in the center. The hotel employees are wonderful. They help with everything needed. The room we got was unpleasant, and we were upgraded free of charge to another room. The room with the 2 beds is large and spacious. But the high score goes to the reception staff who do everything to make the stay comfortable. They even agreed that we would leave our luggage with them even if we didn't book a hotel for the night because we continued by night bus.

잠은 안자고, 짐만 두고, 밤에 기차타기전에 씻을 목적으로 예약. 101호 창문 없고, 룸 컨디션은 별로. 어차피 자려고 예약한 숙소가 아님. 역까지 도보로 5분 정도.. 직원은 친절함. 매번 오갈때마다 문 열어줘서 부담됨. ㅋ

服務態度好，主動開門拿行李

The staff were very friendly and helpful for the information.the room has complete aminities, The hotel is near to the metro station and you can take a walk around the area, i tried local cuisine in the restaurant nearby The food was excellent.

Pros: perfect location within walking distance from Hanoi train station and several top sights,clean room Cons: the room could do with a refurbishment,awkward arrangement of the bathroom and shower Overall it's good value for money,I'd choose it again on my next trip to Hanoi
