Buona posizione per visitare le principali attrazioni della città; la zona non è molto trafficata di notte, quindi si riposa bene (almeno nei piani alti). La nostra camera era piuttosto ampia (un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo), abbastanza pulita, purtroppo non finestrata. Presente bollitore e asciugacapelli. La doccia è chiusa (cosa non così usuale in vietnam) e funziona discretamente.

Còn phố Bát sứ có vẻ giống kiểu Hội An, phòng yên tĩnh, nhân viên thân thiện, không có ăn sáng, nhưng không vấn đề gì, quanh đó có rất nhiều đồ ăn vặt, quán cafe siêu ngon, cửa hàng tiện ích, sẽ còn quay lại!

I originally booked just for one night but they arranged trips to Sa Pa and Ha Long Bay for me, so I could travel and return to the hotel for a night where needed. Everything worked out great, the staff is incredibly kind and supportive. The rooms are nice and very clean, with very comfortable beds and bathrooms with complementary products included. It is located in the old town with restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities all around. I would return here any time if I come back to Hanoi. Great place!

Schreckliche Erfahrungen gemacht. Kamen um 23:00 direkt vom Flughafen an und dann wurde uns gesagt dass es ein Problem mit dem Zimmer gibt und wir müssen uns selbst um ein anderes Hotel kümmern um 23:00. Er sagte auch dass es unser Problem ist. Unmögliches Personal und Managment!

Checked in for three nights out of desperation due to failed Airbnb rental. Given first floor room with attached bathroom. The bath is newly tiled with shoddy workmanship like holes punched in tile to fit around water pipe. Room temperature is cold (no heat), small 16” tv mounted crooked on wall. Room on first floor is loud due to manager/assistant reception area being on same floor. When they are both there, talk loudly and disrupt peace. So avoid the first floor room. All doors have large window either in the door or above or. A bright hallway light is on 24x7 sj in Ning into the room with no way to block the light from coming in. A small fridge with some beverages was provided with no explanation that they were not gratis. We drank some of it and was asked to pay at checkout, they attempted to charge us for cokes that were not stocked in fridge. Manager sleeps in sitting chairs in reception area with a bike lock on the front door for security. If you are up early or return after midnight, he will be available to get up from the chair to open the bike lock for you.

If you want to do an all nighter then this is the place for you. My room is on the ground floor located right next to the staff bathroom it seems. They woke me up at 5am banging and clattering about. Only hotel I’ve been to that has 4 staff in the reception from that time talking loudly with no respect for the customers sleeping. The tv was on in reception (which is also near the room door) all night and loud with no one even watching it. To top it off you have a glass panel above your door with a light beaming in all night. Then you have they prayers going on in reception from 7:45am until god knows what time (might join in the prayer and ask god himself and shed some light on the situation) - oh wait, I have light already, silly me. Pictures are outdated too so don’t expect to receive what you see before hand
