The room was definitely fine for the propose of our trip which was to find a place where we can sleep. Perfectly located slightly outside the old quarter allows us to come in and out peacefully. No windows, a bit dirty, not sure it was the right value for money but ok.

Неплохой отель на короткий срок. Можно дойти пешком до старого квартала, недалеко остановка автобусов. Номер без окна был тихим,не слышно шума улицы. Стандартный вьетнамский завтрак.

Bảo vệ siêu nhiệt tình, lễ tân thân thiện , phòng khách sạn sạch sẽ, nói chung sẽ quay lại nếu có cơ hội đi chơi ở Hà Nội ạ.

Замечательный отель. Убирали каждый день в номере, даже когда уезжали в Сапу. Каждый день новая водичка. Немного доносился запах из раковины в ванной, но это легко решаемо - нужно просто закрывать пробку в этой раковине. Простые завтраки, но наши неизменные яичницы с беконом (мы это заказывали, там есть и другие позиции в меню) были на высоте. И замечательный персонал. Нам помогли со всеми нашими проблемами. В том числе, помогли взять билеты на автобус до Хюэ, потому что у нас были только наличные и мы сами не могли оплатить онлайн. В общем, для бюджетного туризма отличный вариант. Рекомендуем!

Overall, my stay at the hotel was highly satisfactory. Firstly, the hotel facilities are very well-equipped, with all necessary amenities provided, and the spacious rooms made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, offering warm and attentive service that made me feel right at home. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the scenic view from the restaurant added to the pleasure of dining. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is located next to a temple, and the morning chanting could be a bit disruptive for light sleepers. If you're sensitive to noise, it might be wise to prepare accordingly. All in all, this is a hotel I would definitely recommend!

Value for money and good location. Clean sheets and towels with comfortable bed. But slightly dusty at the corners of the room and dated furnitures. But one of the most generous hotels i have been to which provided many thiughtful toiletries for use by the guests. They even have nail clippers; nail file; paper plates and disposable utensils for snacks. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Will consider booking this hotel chain again.

Old quarter, convenient for traveling outside Hanoi - tours etc. Breakfast small, but okay. Outside street food, coffee shops.
