I love the style of this homestay, has a rustic feel to it. I got a room with a balcony and I loved to wake up and have the view of the lake. I also loved the location. Close enough to get to Old Quarter and yet you get to escape the busyness of it. There’s so much beauty and creativity around that area, the architecture is so inspiring. It was a perfect place to stay if you need to get away from the busyness and yet still be able to easily access

Не знаю какой он, сказали что овербукинг и перевезли в другой, не доволен заменой ,все старое, номер маленький, а под кровать вообще лучше не смотреь

This place is absolutely fantastic! The setup is very stylish, with modern and tasteful decor that makes you feel right at home. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. One of the best things about this accommodation is its prime location—it’s conveniently close to all the major tourist destinations, making it easy to explore without wasting time on long commutes. What truly stands out, though, is the staff. They are incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything you need. Their hospitality really makes the experience special. Highly recommend staying here—great value for money and an all-around wonderful experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was nice and close to west the lake, outside of the chaos of old city, friendly staff, good room, has a nice rooftop/chill area and has a free washing machine and dryer which was helpful.

Almost no one was in the Hotel, because I arrived late I was lucky someone in the restaurant helped me, otherwise I wouldn't have known even which rooms I was allocated.

Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Area was great and rooftop was nice.

最低なホテル ホテルスタッフの態度や対応は最低でした。 ホテルの入り口はオートロックの扉のバッテリーが切れており、中に入ることができませんでした。 購入したアイスなどは溶けて食べれる状態になく、ホテルスタッフは弁償すると言ったのに、結局弁償はありませんでした。 それどころか直接の謝罪もなく、私のメッセージにも既読しているのに無視しました。 部屋のシーツも汚く、部屋の中には何匹も蚊がいました。 浴室は錆びており、お湯は微温湯で温かくはありませんでした。 そもそも、英語が話せるスタッフがいないことも問題。 とにかくここのホテルは安いだけが売りで、態度も清潔感もシステムも最悪です。

The hostel is situated in a great location just off of the lake. The road nearby is quiet compared to other areas of Hanoi which we enjoyed. The hotel is basic but quite well priced. There is a rooftop area with a great view of the lake. Only downside was the shower had almost no pressure and again the room was very basic.

A lovely stay My partner and I stayed for 2 nights. The room was very nice and comfortable and our balcony had a view to the lake. There is a chilling area upstairs with amazing view and a rooftop area to have a drink with amazing view too. We were able to do our laundry and dry our clothes easily. Also, Lan (the person at the reception) was very friendly and helpful. She gave us information about any questions we had and helped us booking our bus to Ha Giang!! Highly recommended!!!!
