친절한직원들 . 좋은위치 . 만족했음 . 조식도 나쁘지 않고 맛있었고 호암끼엔주변다니기엔 좋은위치 입니다

위치도 좋고 직원분들도 친절하시고 편하고 좋았습니다 딱 한가지 화장실 수압이 낮아 불편함이 있었어요 물을 몇번씩 내려야하고 결국 1층 로비에있는 화장실을 이용하기도 했습니다 직원분들도 친절하고 좋았지만 화장실만 고쳐진다면 다음에 또 이용하고 싶지만 화장실땜에 또 고생을 한다면 못갈거 같아요 ㅠㅠ

The location is superb. The room is a restoration of 19th century building and the room is big. The front desk staffs are very helpful and breakfast spread is very decent. However, the internet connection is poor. We couldn't get much signals through our stay.

Hotel is location around famous food places. Distance to places is walkable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. But try to get a room with windows. The ones without windows are moldy.

房間還可以，服務態度還好

房間的構造很奇怪，門到床要下樓梯，冷氣機發霉的味道很重，整個房間都是奇怪的味道。打開窗戶通風外面的烏煙瘴氣全都會進來。早上沒有清理房間，所以晚上打電話給前台叫清潔人員來清理房間，但是等待了兩個小時才吃沒有一個人來，只能下去前台直接問。整個來說是個很糟糕的體驗，不是很推薦。

酒店本身還行，就是床太小，附近也算比較方便，早上的時候有點吵，不知道是什麼廣播的聲音

環境很好，客服很nice，吃的也不錯

처음 배정받은 방에 하수구 냄새같은 쿱쿱한 냄새가 계속 올라와서 너무 스트레스 받아서 방 바꿔달라고 요청했어요 당일은 방이 제대로 없어서 냄새는 안나지만 이상한 방 배정받았었는데 그담날 다시 방 옮겨주셧고 과일도 놔둬주시더라고요 그냥 그쪽방들은 계속 냄새나는듯? 그거빼곤 다 좋았어요
