房子入口很小，裏面的設施很全，住起來很安靜，很安逸和舒適

Hotel staff are friendly and the room is clean and good.

服務很熱情，下午2點入住，可寄存行李，晚上鄰居酒吧太嗨，唱到十點多，周圍很熱鬧，換錢去金店一家家問匯率，屋裡有小螞蟻，有個小陽台，屋裡空調不錯

嘿嘿位置非常好哈哈哈哈，但是在房間看到了蟑螂我的媽呀嚇**！！前台小哥非常善良，兩張大床，其實可以睡下四人完全沒問題。

ターヒエン通りすぐ横にあり立地は最高です。また、マッサージのお店も すぐ隣にもあり疲れた体を癒すには抜群の場所です。ホアンキエム湖にもドンスアン市場にも徒歩7分くらいです。

Reception Kelly provided excellent service. And her colleague Max (Bella Rosa Suites) service was excellent too.

酒店就在河內老城區，離還劍湖、36街很近，離周邊的景點也就1～2公里，酒店雖然小，看起來不起眼，但是很乾凈。前台人員服務很好。當我買不到水上木偶劇票時，前台那個女的姐姐還騎着摩託車帶我去購票，真的謝謝。下次再來河內往還要再來住。

酒店就在老城裡麪，酒店不大但很乾凈整潔，屬於鬧中取靜的，到周邊景點都方便。前台人員態度熱情，給我們準備了摩託車，方便市內旅遊

Good hotel in terms of location. It is in the heart of bars, restaurants and spa area. The beer street is a minute or so away. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room I got was very big with two king size beds. It was at the rear of the building so away from the noise. I’d recommend this room if you want a quiet night.

地點非常好, 但是櫃檯人員操作流程不熟悉，導致讓客人等候半小時浪費時間。

it was a nice distance from the lake, easy to walk to nearly any place to eat/explore. i appreciated the water bottles (no extra fees)
