Incredible experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff were incredible, the hotel is simple but VERY CLEAN! Thank you for making our stay great!

The receptionist is friendly and I feels safe at the hotel. Rooms is clean and cozy.

Самый грязный отель. Не приветливый персонал. Девушка на ресепшене даже не подняла головы, когда водитель такси занёс наши чемоданы и ей громко сообщил, чтобы встречала. Нам выдали карточку от номера и на этом всё. О том что завтраки на 8 этаже, как включить вай фай, об этом и слова не было сказано. Свет в номере включает эта же самая девушка с ресепшена. Но она забыла это сделать. В номере есть посторонний неприятный запах. Со временем он проходит или мы привыкаем. На утро мы пошли на завтрак. И тоже не принято приветствовать гостей. В целом есть что поесть. Но почему так грязно? Почему грязные приборы? К сожалению, я не советую останавливаться в этом отеле, даже на одну или две ночи. Это может быть опасно для здоровья.

Good hotel except its location.

位置不錯，周邊好多吃的，去哪裡都方便

The hotel was new, we stayed to just rest and take our time after our trip in Sapa. The room was a little smaller specially the bathroom and the toilet, your kne e bumps on the sliding door when you sit on the toilet bowl and the sliding door was not smooth to open or close. The AC was controlled centrally and it was set warmer, so we had to open the window to let the cooler breeze in and then it gets so noisy from all the siren, the vehicles honking. But the hotel was clean and provided bottled water and coffee/tea. The breakfast not so much to choose, local food but it was okay and our stay is okay. There is just no enough space if you have luggages. Staff were nice. Location is outside the old quarter so I think it was better, we always take Grab taxi when going around Hanoi.

前台熱情、早餐很好、距老城區約1.5km,步行可達、搭Grab約40K,相較同價位老城區飯店、下次還是會選擇Gilson

非常實惠的旅館，早餐也好吃！設備都很新👍

ห้องพักที่ได้ไม่ตรงปก เล็กมากๆๆๆๆ ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงเลย ห้องข้างๆ อาบน้ำยังได้ยินเสียงชัดเจน อาหารเช้าก็น้อย แย่ๆๆๆๆ ไม่สมกับราคาเลย
