Era Apartment Ham Long

ハノイ中心街から徒歩で行けます。 ただ場所がわかりにくいです。大きな通りから小さな路地に入ることになります。 しかしこのホテルが提供している地図を見て行けば着けると思います。地図はかなり正確に宿の場所を指しています。 それでもわからなかったら宿の人に電話して宿の前の大きな通りに来てもらいましょう。簡単な英語なら通じます。 部屋はきれいでトイレ、冷蔵庫、キッチン、ドライヤーがあります。シャワーも問題ありませんでした。セキュリティもしっかりしていてカードキーにより外部の人間はホテルに入れません。 一度到着できればとても良い宿です。

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! We booked 2 nights Our flight got cancelled and the hotel wouldn’t cancel, didn’t agree for partial refund

The overall experience was good however what would’ve made the apartment more comfortable is having kitchen utensils and cookware since it’s an apartment.  Upon arrival, we did not receive clear instructions about the exact location and drove around for 20 minutes on the same street looking for the building which was within a narrow alley way. Not easy to find if you are not familiar with the area. We were booked there for four nights and thought there was no hot water but was only informed how to turn on the water heater on our third day. This was also the same day we the trash was removed and toilet paper refilled. Take note that your apartment is not cleaned for the duration of your stay.  Besides this the apartment is okay and is suitable for a short stay on budget, it has some of the basic amenities but can do well with a few more items to make it comfortable and practical.
