位置不錯，服務人員很nice，房間小一些，衞生細節待加強

This hotel’s location is very good. We can walk to several tourist attractions and famous restaurants. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We appreciated them very much. Plus the breakfast is tasty and fresh.

외국인들 리뷰는 많으니.... 한국인들만 알ㅇㅏ볼수 있는 ㄹㅣㅂㅠ 남겨 봅니다.. 좋은점 : 여기 식사는 맛있습니다.. 직원들이 친절합니다. ㄴㅏ쁜점 : ㅂㅏㅇ문이 닫힐때 매우 ㅅㅣㄲㅡ럽습니다. 그리고 ㅊㅗㅍㅏㄹㅣ가 되게 많습니다.. 이번이 2번째인데, 처음에는 방을 잘못 선택했는가 하는 의문점이 들었는데, 2번째 방문했을때도 역시 ㅊㅗ ㅍㅏㄹㅣ가 너무 많습니다.. 위치도 hoankiem호수와 가깝고 주변에 매장도 많고 좋습니다. ㅈㅗ요ㅇ하고 편안한 휴식을 원하시면 ㅈㅗ그ㅁ 생각ㅎㅐ 봐야 되ㅂ니다.

以為是個小酒店，實質上沒得説。服務、早餐、房間裝修都是上乘。位置居於還劍湖一帶，離湖步行500米，大教堂300米，周邊各種商業,就是打車不好打，趕飛機建議讓前台幫忙叫，服務很好。

위치가 훌륭하고 조식에 나오는 쌀국수가 너무 맛있었어요. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했지만 3층이라 그런지 날파리가 자꾸 들어와서 살짝 아쉬웠습니다.

第三次入住該酒店，非常不錯，態度很好，房間舒適，安靜，陽台可以看教堂，地理位置優越，網紅打卡地方都可以腿着去，去還劍湖邊吹風喝咖啡非常舒服。早餐很好吃。

Highly recommend! Book it. Amazing hospitality and services shown by the team. The location is superb, room is clean. The only feedback is the room that we booked does not have a window. We will definitely come back if we are heading to Hanoi again.

I recently stayed at Minerva Premium Hotel in Hanoi, and it was an excellent choice. Understand the hotel is new as only opened 4 months ago. The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Quarter, making it incredibly convenient to explore the heart of the city and also near the night market but only for weekend. I stayed in a king-bed room, which was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The room had a very comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches like complimentary tea and water added to the comfort. Two highlights was the hotel’s massage spa and also their restaurant. They offer discounts during certain periods, making it a great value for a relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a truly rejuvenating time. Another great feature is the laundry service. If you drop your laundry off by 9 AM, they’ll have it ready the same day by 7 PM for a reasonable fee—perfect for travelers on the go. The hotel also has a rooftop sky bar with beautiful views, which made for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring. Breakfast was served in the restaurant with both buffet and à la carte options, and it offered a good variety of local and international dishes. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, always attentive and helpful with any requests. Overall, Minerva Premium Hotel exceeded my expectations.

最悪！2度と泊まらない！ 部屋に入ったら予約していた部屋と違う。 確認しに行ったらシステムのエラーで予約した部屋が用意出来なかった。ごめんなさいと言われた。 こちらが確認しなかったら勝手にダウングレードしてそれを何も言わないでランクの低い安い部屋に通す…ありえない！ で、こちらが文句言ってからやっと空港までの送迎を無料にするとか、納得いかないと言えばスパを30%オフにするとか条件を出してきたけど… そういう問題じゃないだろ！ まずはチェックインの時に謝って、条件提示でしょ！ システムエラーのダブルブッキングは最悪しょうがないけどその後の対応が最悪でした！ 2度と泊まりません

식사는 뷔페식 말고도 무료로 메뉴주문이 가능해서 좋네요 위치도 매우 좋습니다 하지만 도로특성상 차로 접근하면 막히네요
