Brian and Henry is superb. Friendly, helpful and attentive. Will definitely come back again!

Lift is quite small. Might be challenging to fit 2 big luggage’s into the deluxe double room but do-able. Toilet and shower was pretty spacious but I was quite lost when there’s no where to place soap in the toilet. Location is perfect right in the middle of old quarter street and you will never need to worry about being able to find food.

Прекрасный отель, местоположение отличное. Персонал приветлив, помогает во всем. Завтраки достойные, каждый найдет что-то для себя. Все принадлежности в номере есть. Сантехника мебель все в отличном состоянии, напор воды сильный. Единственный минус- это шум ночной от баров и дневной от стройки. На этот случай дают беруши.

we stayed for 2 nights, specifically during weekend nights. please be aware that the hotel is located very close to beer street therefore expect loud music until very late

The room is quite clean and spacious. Although it says windows but you can’t see anything. However, the attractive coat covers it. The staff is all very helpful and welcoming. Good choice at Hanoi with such a price.

Nice location, friendly staff, beautiful room. Next door is a very loud club, the walls in our room were vibrating from this noise. Receptionist has communicated that will be until 1-2 a.m. Consider this aspect.

Staff was helpful. Location was good. But hotel was just next to a night pub and beer street where they played loud music until 2am and beyond. The music can be heard from the room as I'm staying at level 2 of the hotel. Not sure about higher floors.

設備不具合より別のところに泊まってくださいと案内され、 グループの別ホテル？に移されました。

전산관리가 안되서 예약한게 없다고 하는데 당일예약한 나도 잘한건없지만 5시간이 넘게 모르고 있던 데스크도 문제인듯..최소1일 전엔 예약해야 확인이 되는것같다ㅠ

훌륭한 입지. 근처에 맥주거리, 나이트마켓, 호안끼엠 어디든 갈 수 있는 위치에 있다. 들어가는 입구는 작지만 내부는 아기자기 하면서 럭셔리한 분위기다. 가성비는 최고다. 다만 번화한 곳이 위치에 저녁 늦게까지 소음이 있다는 점은 감안해야 한다.
