Останавливались на один день, но остались довольны. В номере чисто, вкусный завтрак по типу «шведский стол». На первом этаже есть угощения для гостей (чай, кофе, фрукты). Номер без окон на улицу, но есть окно на внутреннюю лестницу отеля, ночью было тихо.

Very accommodating staff keep it up

출국전, 3명의 친구들과 3베드룸 0.5박을 예약했습니다. 체크인시 친절함과 밝은 서비스가 너무너무 좋았습니다. 방 컨디션도 가격대비 나쁘지 않았는데, 에어컨이 power모드에서도 뜨거운바람이 계속 나왔습니다. 체크아웃을 빨리 할 예정이라 따로 이야기하지는 않았는데, 개선이 필요해보입니다.

We stay in 508 the shower pressure was very low

«+» Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast - eggs, soup and/or pancakes to choose, fruits, drinks, toast, potatoes, sausages, rice. Good water pressure in the bathroom. «-» The room in general and the bed linen in particular smelled unbearably of detergent and some kind of chemicals, which caused an exacerbation of allergies and because of that we were forced to urgently leave the hotel after the first night in it. This smell could not be aired out by an open balcony. In another room of the hotel it smelled exactly the same. The room was very cold and the air conditioner did not cope with the function of heating the room, but at the same time it was very noisy. The balcony door constantly lets in cold from the street. All the noise from the street can be heard in the room. Absolutely ugly dirty bed linen and towels that were scary to touch. Also hair and an ant were found in the bed. The edge of the cup was broken. Because of all these significant shortcomings we were forced to urgently move out and look for a new hotel instead of spending time with benefit on a trip.

La location è nel cuore Old Quarter quindi si gira benissimo a piedi, buona la colazione a buffet con caffè, acqua frutta anche durante la giornata! Ma la perla di quest' Hotel è il personale che è davvero attento e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa che si può avere bisogno, con loro abbiamo prenotato il tour di 2 giorni a Cat Ba, ci sono venuti a prendere in areoporto, ci siamo fatti prenotare un pullman notturno per andare a Sa Pa' Consigliatissimo!! Aldo

酒店位於古城, 步行去還劍湖約7分鐘；早餐提供即煮菜式如奄列、越式湯粉、班戟等無限量供應, 而且設有自助吧提供沙律、多士、炒麵、水果等, 食物豐富

Отличное расположение отеля, все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Адекватная цена за трансфер. Достойный завтрак. В номере есть необходимые принадлежности. Отзывчивый персонал.

Always a wonderful experience in Hanoi, home away from home. Would recommend to any traveler.
