強烈推薦！ 推薦理由1:位置超級棒鬧中取靜，距離還劍湖幾百米，附近上千家餐廳咖啡廳。晚上是最大的夜市！ 推薦理由2:平時出門住酒店我最在意的就是酒店衞生情況！他們家非差乾淨讓我這個潔癖患者都覺得非常OK！ 推薦理由3:每位服務員都超級熱情！從幫我們辦理入住的前台小哥小姐姐！到我們走的時候幫我們拿行李的小哥哥和送我們上車的前台，不愧是五星服務做得太好了！由於我們的航班到達時間是早上5點到酒店也就六點中，根據酒店管理規定我們要下午2點才可以辦理入住！前台小哥知道了我想提前辦理入住的想法於是在空出房間後第一時間幫我們辦理了入住！感謝！ 推薦4:早餐好吃又豐盛！ 下個月爸媽來旅遊我還定他家

Our stay at La Siesta Classic was one of the best customer service experiences that we have encountered. The staff was very helpful and willing to move mountains to maintain a comfortable stay. The breakfast is very good and there is something for everyone. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Очень приветливый персонал. Номер прекрасно декорирован, удобная кровать. Хорошая звукоизоляция номера. Есть хорошее спа, ресторан на высоком этаже с видом на город. Вкусная еда. Впечатление от отеля осталось приятное.

Splendid stay in this hotel, special thanks to Quynh as she give a very helpful tips on where to eat Good food and good shopping location. Will definitely come back to this hotel if come to Hanoi again

迎賓飲品有的，服務蠻好的，沒遇見會中文的前台，房間很小，但衞生做的不錯，地理位置不錯，早餐也還行，去景點很方便。

The hotel stay has been a great experience. We were served by Quynh Anh and she was very thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant and bar staff were also great and went out of their way to make us comfortable.

It was a very nice clean place

首先和內的地理位置，酒店房間挺緊張的，沒有我們國內的酒店大不過衞生各方面還是不錯的，比較安靜，去環湖區熱鬧的景點比較方便

i don’t think the hotel deserves to be called premium or luxury. had high expectations, especially given the price point, however nothing lived up to the brand name. the room was small, doesnt have many amenities. overall dont recommend

We had a terrific stay at La Siesta! The service was wonderful and they gave complimentary welcome drinks and snacks to everyone checking in. I was worried the no window would be uncomfortable but it was not a problem at all and actually a very comfortable room to stay in! I will definitely come back again if I come back to Hanoi 😊

하노이 호텔에서 5박 하면서 이틀은 여기에 묵었습니다. 3박했던 호텔이 진짜 별로였는데 여기는 좋았습니다. 조식도 맛있는 편이고 1층에 호텔 수영장도 작긴 하지만 물도 깨끗하고 염소 냄새도 거의 안나고 좋았습니다. 호텔 규모는 한국 모텔급이지만 객실안은 4성급 호텔 수준입니다. 직원들도 친절하고 좋았습니다.
