Budget hotel room. For the price the quality of service is acceptable but needs to be improved.Difficult to find the hotel from main street. Not a good option for a few days stay or family stay. No lift. I hope you will not get a 5th floor room like me. Hanoi's busy city area. All shops and places nearby.

It's waa fine. Airport pick-up was good. Bit more expensive than a grab but that was probably because it was midnight. Rooms were fine. Not the cleanest but that's okay. The photos online were better than in real life. Long story short. It was okay

Best location in Hanoi, from which you can get to everywhere easily. The decoration is Saigon French style, very distinctive

For the price and location the room I had was hard to beat. I recommend the room with the city view, peaceful but centrally located.

Love this place! The family who own the guesthouse were really nice! And the location is really great!

Really liked this place, rightin the centre of old quarter by the lake. So a short walk from all the bars and restaurants including pub street but it doesn't sit on the road front so it's nice and quiet. The rooms are big and comfy. I stayed 2 different times during my trip around North Vietnam.

Good but make the old man climb 🪜 to the 5th level 😄

It's really basic and if you are in the upper floors (4th and 5th) prepare to climb a lot of stairs every time you get into or out of your room. A/C was not working. The staff was willing to help and called a cab for me, but the language barrier and lack of information on their part made it impossible to book trips from the hotel or get any more assistance / orientation than that. Barring that, the location is perfect and the low price makes it worthwhile.

Travel was great. Stayed here 2 times now. Very nice staff and very convenient place if your looking at staying near Old Quarter
