I stayed the apartment for three nights with my friends, Everyone had felt comfortable and pleased during the stay, I would like to thank the master for the special care in particular.

Good location and easy to find. Checking in had some problems as I was a foreigner and could not call the number to get the house number or something however the security guard was nice and helped us out but overall was a fast and speedy process. The house: coming in I love the deco, however it was more cramped than I thought. In addition, the place did not feel cleaned at all. The kitchen was a mess I feel as the bowls were for some reason oily while the hot water kettle had some residues inside. The tap water was even yellow when I turned it on. The microwave even had a bowl inside for some reason along with a funky smell. The projectors: I chosen this place cause of the large projector screens but was so angry as when I turned it on, the projected screen can’t even aligned with the screen on the wall! And the shelf holding it was so loose I was scared it will fall. The beds: the first floor bed was so soft the person just sink right into the mattress which was totally fine but for the second floor, the bed frame squeak at every small turn and the people sleeping on it weren’t even heavy! At most 50kg each. It seemed as if the bed frame was broken and they pieced it together to make it work somehow. However it was very flimsy! The mattress was also very hard and uncomfortable. The deco: I saw the deco in the pictures and love it which was why I choose this loft however it was the wrong choice. Some place was not cleaned properly leaving large spots of dust here and there. The amenities: shower was good and the hot water was quite constant as long as you give it time to heat up however, remotes battery should be replaced since the aircon remote died not even 1 day into our stay. Did not dare to use the cooking stove and pans but did disinfect a few bowls to use. One time use Toothbrush, combs and slippers were provided which was great. The drawers for some reason contained random items which might have been left behind by previous renters since I found car keys, travelling adaptors etc. Overall it was quite a bad stay since I have visited other home stays which were much cheaper but provided better cleanliness. I hope the owner will fix up and clean up the place before renting out cause a lot of things were either dirty or cannot be used.

Good location. Room is spacious but a bit old. Overall, reasonable experience.

Its an AirBnB type of accomodation, there is no reception to greet us. But the security guard was kind and helpful. All instructions are in Chinese. Only recommended for expert travellers. The room is to cold, we waited for more than half an hour for the heater to warm up but after 30 minutes we gave up. Host is very accomodating and tried to change the room for us.

Good if you are looking for convenient and near metro station.

離南宋御街清河坊很近，交通也方便，服務尚可，衞生間沒有提供護髮素，提出要求後當晚就給買來了。但整體設施很差，洗臉盆下水管脱落，我用紙巾臨時修一下，吊燈太低，我們都是小個子都碰頭，落地燈金屬葉片更危險，不小心會撞臉眼睛。希望這些不安全因素可以得到改善。

住過的民宿，衞生環境最差，空間特別狹小，床像地板一樣硬，睡醒渾身疼！！！！真不知道，哪來的那麼多好評，地板臟都是污漬，衞生間淋浴房小的根本抬不起胳膊洗澡，無語了！一次性洗漱用品，根本用不了，牙刷都是壞的無語了，大家自己看吧！

房間一般般，不會提前聯繫到了不讓進，後台電話錯誤一直聯繫不上。 關鍵是，停車費收了我88？一晚酒店才多少錢啊，絕了真的是

優點：地理位置是真方便，距離南宋宮遺址博物館和河坊街很近；入住期間剛好趕上清明節前，價位合理，性價比很高；萬科金色成品整棟都是公寓，一樓大廳隨時有保安，感覺安全係數很高；附近有便利店水果店和順豐快遞的小中轉點，公寓樓裏是可以送外賣和快遞的；有個小廚房可電磁爐做點飯還有冰箱可放需要冷藏或冷凍的食品；周圍公交地鐵共享單車打車都很方便。房主回覆及時，友善耐心，期間房間內wifi需要修理，房主也積極幫我們聯繫師傅上門維修；大晚上十點多還回復我如何使用投影儀，很感謝🙏 缺點：毛巾不乾淨，衞生間洗髮露不知道是什麼東東，用的時候頭髮粘在一起很難梳開，這在現在的民宿和酒店裡比較少見。麻煩的是熱水供應不足，熱水基本二十幾分鍾就差不多了，再用需要等上一陣子。衞生間門是瓢的，關不上。 總之，除了衞生間需要睜一眼閉一眼之外，其他都還蠻好的，主打性價比高且實用。

房間挺大的，也挺乾淨的，床也很舒服，床單也很柔軟，距離這河坊街非常近，舒服舒坦離着每個景區都比較近杭州菜也味道不錯，比較清淡出門交通很方便，有共交車，有地鐵，有公交車，到哪裡去都四通八達
