Very beautiful place and very good service. We really enjoyed our stay here. When you arrive you feel like arriving at a holiday place, the view from the hotel window is breathtaking. Also the village is cute and there is a cool ancient cave just 5min away. The hotel staff is always very helpful, you can write them on Wechat and they reply fast. The rooms were also pretty and clean. The cigarette smell was just very faint compared to other places we stayed in. There is also a washer and dryer for your clothes, washing powder is already there. There is nothing they could improve on, perfect place.

筒燈有兩個不亮，房間整體太小了，洗手枱就在床邊，辦入住的時候讓加前台微信，加了前台微信發訊息也不回。總之性價比不高，我們是平時來的都比較貴，附近出行也不方便，開車沒地方停，衹能步行或公交，節假日注意避坑，建議去西湖周邊商業街住比較好

房間非常乾淨，周圍的環境值得一説 非常非常的舒服😌，老闆人也很好，幫忙拿行李，還幫忙送外賣上樓，超級奈斯，山景房值得推薦

就在景區裏面周圍都是山很舒服，房間很乾凈，開門見山，老闆很熱情，在門口租了一個電動車和老媽到處溜達，下午去了西湖邊，第二天早上去了靈隱寺，都非常的近，果然杭州有江南獨有的韻味，美的很

環境可以，衞生間有小蟲子🐛，床品舒適，早餐還可以，比較清淡，地理位置適中，衹是説獨享茶室、花園，突然有不認識的客人進來拍照，有點嚇人～
