Zhejiang Hotel

We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a high-floor room with a great view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The reception and room service staff were always professional, friendly, and attentive. The hotel's location is excellent, with the metro station right outside the entrance, making it easy to visit attractions like Wulin Night Market and West Lake. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. The only downside is that there is no elevator from the metro exit to street level, so carrying luggage can be a little challenging.

Amazing facility and lovely staff. The gym was especially good with a squat rack and weights. They gave us a welcome gift with fruit and snacks.

The stay in Zhejiang Hotel was fantastic! Fengqilu metro station is just 1min from the hotel, very convenient. The breakfast was good with alot of variety. We love the live station, the noodle station was good. The room helper has left a short note to inform us she has added additional bottles. We also received other complimentary items from hotel staff too. The hotel reception staff were very helpful, they help us to book the linying temple admission slot via their local number, as we were unable to book via our foreign mobile line. We would definitely stay back in this hotel if we stay in Hangzhou again.

Booked 3 rooms for my family trip to Hangzhou. Front Desk is professional and manage to accord our special request of having rooms on the same floor. Location is good. Just below the hotel, there are eateries and a 7-11 for quick snacks or drinks. 10 minutes walk away, there is Wulin Night Market where you can find lots of good options and cheap buys and behind the hotel (5 minutes walk away), there is Kerry Centre where the mall consists of high end brands. Family room size is good and can comfortably fit a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children).

This hotel was comfortable and very close proximity to the train station. It is just literally a road across from the hotel and we lobby realised on our last day. Walking to the West Lake was a close 10min walk. It was not a strenuous walk as you will be going through a mall with lots of food and shops to get to West Lake. The male staff at the reception who checked us in was polite but the ladies were more welcoming. There were 2 lady staff at the restaurant for breakfast who were extremely caring and nice to my son. They would ask me if I wanted to pack some food for him as they noticed he did not eat much. This is a lovely gesture other hotels do not usually have. I love our tatami room as it combines into a huge bed that is comfortable for 3-4 petite people. The only downside is the Laundry room where it is located in a room where the door can be closed. This made me feel unsafe as there was one night where 3 other male guests came in with a top and underwear. Though there are CCTVs but just felt the laundry room would be better if it is near the reception area which is similar to one of the Shanghai hotel I stayed in. The dryer was weak and took many hours to dry my clothes therefore I observed for many nights, the dryers would constantly be in use for long periods. Overall Hangzhou service is so much better than Shanghai. Everyone is caring and lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended! Absolutely loved my 4-day stay. Location & Staff: Right outside the subway station! The English-speaking staff made everything so easy and welcoming. Breakfast & Rooms: Amazing breakfast selection that made my mornings happy. Rooms were spotlessly clean every day. Service: Super thoughtful! When a sudden thunderstorm hit on the third night, they already had umbrellas lined up in the lobby for guests. It was a perfect 3-night, 4-day trip. I'll definitely be back!

Fantastic location indeed.....walk 15mins to the right and you'll arrive at Hubin & Westlake. Come out from entrance to the right then right again and you'll reach Wulin market in less than 3 mins. Hotel's breakfast is excellent with a very good mixture of eastern and western food in abundance.....fresh fruit juices with an assortment of desserts are readily available too. Special shoutout to 'Sister Hua' for her very attentive detail inl housekeeping, keep up the good work. Would love to stay here for my next trip, highly recommended!
