Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Front desk is friendly and helpful.

The location is ideal, very proximate to a metro line, and the service was ok.

Great breakfast and wonderful room. Would love more English speaking staff but tgats okay.

My stay was excellent. The staff members were very attentive, friendly and communicated in English. They kindly upgraded my room and helped me with my transportation arrangements after check-out. The restaurant and laundry service were also excellent. The hotel facilities are great.

excellent location and service

A dream of a hotel - again (ive stayed here many times). Its actually a proper Crowne Plaza - spacious, silent rooms, good air con and outstanding customer service staff. Liya and Cherry and the reception manager were, (as they always are), highly professional, friendly and very good at making me feel welcome. This is not easy in a big, busy hotel, but they still do it everytime i stay here. Thank you!!

One of the best hotels I stayed in recent times...very clean and fresh rooms...impeccable....1 min walking from metro...opposite a very nice mall..and mainly the front office team , they make you feel very comfortable especially William ..he was very helpful and professional. Exchanged the currency at the hotel ..was given a very fair rate..I would recommend the guests to get it changed at hotel instead of the airport...William went out of the way to assist in every possible way. I will be visiting Hangzhou again in a few months and will stay at the same hotel...thank you to the full team of crowne plaza for making it a memorable stay including the concierge members .

The hotel has great facilities, but it needs some improvement in some details. #1. Despite it being a 5-star hotel, some hotel receptionist needs an English translation App. #2. Particularly room service food was not well maintained enough (ordered a hamburger, but its buns were not heated.). The hotel's breakfast is great.
