Fillmore International Hotel Hangzhou (Xintiandi Branch)

Staff were very welcoming. We were able to check in before check in time. Room felt very relaxing the moment we went inside the room. Very spacious. Was also able to wash clothes for the whole duration of stay with the washing machine available in the room (washing liquid provided). Bathrooms have bidet. Rooms were not noisy (have thick walls). Toiletries and basic amenities provided. Breakfast buffet had normal menu , with a few Hangzhou specialty dishes. Sheets and towels were clean. Near EXIT D Xintiandi station, turn right when you get exit the station and within 2 minutes you are there.

New hotel and slightly away from town but Didi (china taxi/ private hire) is able to compensate it. Less crowded and there’s a big shopping centre with everything in it. The hotel staff team was excellent and prompt for all questions. Had 2 days of hotel breakfast (buffet style), the spread was surprising wide, many things to eat for 2 days since the food for both days didn’t change much. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend it specially when you have a family.

We hadwonderful stay at Filmore International Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Manager Nancy. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring guests had a pleasant stay. Her warm hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression. Thank you, Nancy, and the entire team for the excellent service. I highly recommend Filmore International Hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The room is large and spacious. Loved that the toilet and shower are separate, with a sliding door separating the toilet space from the room, though the door is still quite see-through when close to it. Location seems good, with a rather large mall located opposite the hotel, providing lots of food and drink options. For the room type we stayed in, there is a washer cum dryer, which made doing laundry super convenient. Detergent for laundry is also provided. The only issue was that on the last night, when we came back (after houskeeping), the room smelled of cigarettes. Called the front desk, and they provided an air purifier to help with the smell. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and will recommend the hotel.

We left from Suzhou to the city of Hangzhou arriving at night, where there were no seats on the train. And it's quite tiring because have been 9 days around the city. And the Fillmore hotel in Mandarin FuMao, is a hotel that is booked when arriving at the Suzhou Train Station. Finally arrived in Hangzhou city, start our search from the Metro station, looking for the Xindianti stop. Just know that the Fillmore Hotel is on Xindianti street. As soon as you go out, what looks opposite is Xindianti Mall, as soon as you look up, it turns out that Fillmore is right on the right side of the Exit D. Wow how happy, where it's already 9 pm there. As soon as we entered the hotel, the impression was luxurious and we were greeted by the hotel staff in front. The person who received us is Kate, very helpful in the check-in process, just a moment is Ok. Because three people came and ordered 2 with breakfast. It turns out that Kate gave a complimentary 1 more child, thank you Kate. He also helps with the hotel's WiFi registration process, but the response is very fast, so it's better, if those of us who go to China have the WeChat application. Very useful for communication and ordering and paying. And as soon as we arrived at the hotel room, the first impression of Wow could be seen from the Photo, at home there were no nice facilities like in the Fillmore hotel. There is a large bathtub, a separate bathroom and toilet, and the happiness of having a smart bidet in the toilet. Then the room is also big, the mattress is soft and he sleeps well. And it's really good, because I slept very soundly, so it's almost late to go down for breakfast. Breakfast is until 10 o’clock. So don’t be late. The breakfast is delicious, there is a delicious Western menu and I also like the porridge, there is peanut milk too. The food is very varied. Two thumps up for Fillmore hotel at Hangzhou. Ad thankyou to Kate too. Note: there”s a lot of restaurant down the station. And one Italian restaurant at Xindianti mall name Fizz , the staff allowed us to order even though it’s already closing time and it’s delicious.

Been to 20 cities in China , this hotel Filmore International is definitely one of the best hotel even better then Westin Qingdao. The staffs are polite and helpful especially their manager Ms Nancy. After exchanging Wechat contact with her, we can directly ask her for help like finding/delivering our parcel to our room, even asking her to extend our checkout by an hour with ease. Her response is almost immediate. Thumbs up for her help. The breakfast has a vast selection of food from chinese , western and even pasta ! Wow ! Rooms are spacious and comfortable comes with a washing machine and the housekeeping is thorough. All of these at a very reasonable price. Definitely will stay there again if i ever visit Hangzhou.

Great hotel with exceptional amenities and incredibly helpful staff. My biggest gratitude goes towards the staff at the reception and the staff at Canton Restaurant on the 4th floor. Slightest inconvenience I am across was the fact that the gym did not have a water dispenser and that the drain of the bathtub was inconvenient. I would also recommend switching up the music in the lobby, as it is the same melody over and over.

Had a phenomenal stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptional from the time we walked in, until the time we left. Very well situated -  close to amenities (Metro, mall)
