The hotel is in a quiet area perfect for relaxing, but there are several restaurants and coffee places nearby. The staff was incredibly attentive, and everything in the hotel is carefully thought out down to the smallest detail. They’re always available for anything you might need. It was my birthday during my stay, and they surprised me with a lovely cake — such a thoughtful gesture! Also, the coffee is excellent.

Beautiful hotel in the west lake. Although the hotel is high up on the hill, it provided an amazing view. The staff were extremely attentive and helped to ensure our hotel stay was smooth and the best. Downstairs is also a cafe.

The hosts are very helpful. The day we aighted hotel was under heavy storms, somemore the hotel is located at mid-hill. The hosts is holding the umbrealla and carried out luggage to safe place. They are also entertaint our request within expectation!

The hotel is surrounded by a magnificent landscape, perfect to relax. Walkable distance to the West Lake and not too far by taxi from tea plantations. Would definitely go back!

A stylish and very clean tiny hotel. Location is good and there are several nice western cafes and many Chinese restaurants around.
